Place is full of thieves and liars. If i could give a worse rating, i would. There are certain agents here who will make you believe they have your best interest at hand. Not true– but i would never in a million years refer this place to anyone.

I am a first time home buyer… Kimberly has got me SOEXCITED! She has listened to our requests, questions, and concerns at any time… day or night. My husband and I have been quite nervous and cautious, and she has made us feel amazingly secure about our future investments. Im definitely going to refer her to my friends and family, starting with my Mom!!!

Jousting Real Estate really lives up to their name. Realtor Kimberly Adessian from Jousting is ready to joust you at any moment whether you are a potential buyer or not. My family came to an open house, Adessian was the listing agent. She gave us a proper greeting and gave me her business card. She told me or my agent to call her if there is any question. We were very pleased with the property. My agent contacted her and we are ready to make an offer. However, we had one question on one of the terms from the seller. My agent was unexpectedly out of town, and we were so anxious to make the offer. Since Adessian told me earlier to call with any questions, I called. Oh boy, Adessian had another face. She was condescending, telling me that I should be grateful she answered my call. She won’t answer my question, only to answer if my agent call. I explained to her that my agent unavailability for the day. She said that is not her problem, the terms are between her and my agent, I have no business to call her. I went livid of course, she was the one who told me the day before that I can call with questions. Who does she thinks will put out the $$$ to buy the house? She does even have the common cordiality between human beings. I was so angry with her demeaning attitude that no matter how much we like the house, I decline from going any further. I will take my money elsewhere, where common decency is abundant. I feel sorry for the seller, he picked a realtor, who doesn’t even have customer service skills. For those of you, who need a realtor, I recommend to RUN, RUNAWAY as fast as you can.
