I’ve been here in the morning and I had pretty good experience but tonight we felt like having breakfast for dinner OMG NO NO WONDER WHY IS EMPTY the waitress went to talk to her friends at a table and forgot our coffee got the order super wrong and when she came back said was waiting for the coffee to be made but NO THE COFFEE WAS Cold and when she brought more hot one was OLD AND NASTY this lady was lazy and not accurate

Rather than walk a few paces to find them outside, the stupid hostess is yelling on a microphone for 5 minutes «last call party of. «the waiter is gossiping with the front desk. IHOP are you really ok with having microphones to call out at your guests? Train your employees to walk and and bring them inside.

Great service friendly servers.
I got to build my breakfast having both a delicious savory and sweet meal for breakfast.
At the moment the construction work around the area is a real pain.

I always come here since I live up the street. It is usual for me to send my food back when I do get my food because there is always something wrong with it but it was never a big deal to me because they would just send it back the way I originally asked for it. This time it made me so mad when I made a call for a to go order. I ordered three meals. We picked up the food came home and not one order out of all three orders were correct. When you are spending over 40 $ for 3 meals every time you come in you should at least get what you ordered. I call them up and the manager asked what was wrong and he didn’t even know the menu himself! The hostess who had taken our order written everything down wrong. There was obviously some type of miscommunication that they did not want to agree too. They tried to make me sound like I didn’t understand what I was trying to order and all he had insisted was that I come back and just come in and buy the correct order I wanted!!! Hahaha yeah right!!! The management is sickening and I am quite frankly appalled. Brandon’s diner down the street knows how to handle they’re food, management and customer service with a lot more respect so I would definitely recommend to NOT use this IHOP. Shame on you guys for loosing us as customers. 4÷30÷2016

Would have been 5 stars had they honored the 10% Unilocal discount. Service was great and the manager was awesome keeping up with customers and staff. Big Thanks!

well the server is very enthusiastic and has a great smile. not busy during the week so getting in was fast. the table next to us split the check 4 ways and it was no big deal.
they did hit one of my big pet peeves, their tea tastes like coffee. if your going to offer tea make it in it own maker.
ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. it was okay for out of the box chicken fried steak. the eggs and hash browns were great but the pancakes were just so so.
Patty had the bananas foster pancakes and they were super sweet. she did liked them.
I wish this app had more granular grading for food and service because Michelle was awesome the food was just so so.

Best pancakes around, just ask my 5 year old grandson! He had chocolate pancakes AND a waffle! My double Blueberry pancakes were superb also. It was a fun Friday night.

We love this restaurant! Great breakfast. Love the Swedish pancakes. The service is awesome. We have never had a bad experience going to eat here!

This was my sisters first time here and the moment we walked in we were greeted by the owner with such enthusiasm! Our waiter was good, didn’t smile or talk much but he did his job. Upon arrival we were the 3^rd party there, within the hour the restaurant filled up. Out server was great though, he still checked on us every other time he passed by. Food was good, ordered the Double Dipped Banana Penut Butter and Chocolate French Toast combo and my sister the chocolate pancakes. The owner was the highlight as far as interactions go.

My husband and I wanted a quick breakfast after attending a Thanksgiving service and dropping our son off to work. We wanted to also stay close to home with all of the holiday traffic, so we stopped at this i-​Hop by our home. I rarely can say that I’ve had a bad experience at iHop but what was unique about this location was the management and his generosity in allowing us to use a Unilocal offer that apparently had expired. I can’t remember the manager name that was working that morning but he was very accommodating to us and left a us with a feeling of good customer service. There’s a lot to be said about good customer service to separate a good restaurant from a great place to eat. We will definitely be returning to this location for breakfast.

Messed up or didn’t have ingredients for more than half our meal, waitress looked sleepy and didn’t write anything down… invest in notepads for your staff. Also didn’t accept our coupon since it wasn’t printed out. I should’ve printed it out so they could use the back of it as a notepad

I came to this location because they were having the 50% off all burgers. First, my waitress named Penelope was rude, and unprofessional. Everyone who works there is unprofessional, all they do is talk and take forever to give the customers their food. My burger was not what I ordered. Penelope (our waitress) gave us all the wrong food. I didn’t even eat because my burger was greasy and wrongly done. When Penelope gave me my onion rings, she dropped one on the floor didn’t bother to pick me up, and didn’t even both to give me an extra one. When you first walk into this restaurant it SMELLS LIKE PUBLIC BATHROOMS. Plus all the tables are filthy. They don’t clean them until you request a table. NOTHING BUT LAZY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WHO ACT LIKE THEIR AT THEIR HOUSE. And our waitress Peneolope OVERCHARGED me and she didn’t think I would find out! When I showed her my calculations she had nothing to say! And she even did it herself and she got $ 42 total like I did! Nothing but SCAMMERS, LAZY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL SO CALLED «EMPLOYEES» Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come to this IHOP.

I have been coming here for years, I normally order the Nutella and banana crêpe combo with fruit instead of bacon since I am a vegetarian. It is great that they do allow substitutions (as some other places don’t), however the fruit selection is very scarce, mainly just melon. The service is generally great, today we were sat instantly, but our food took over 25 minutes to arrive, and also my Nutella and banana crepes did not have bananas because apparently they ran out, yet I was not told of this until 25 minutes later when my dish arrived. My visit today would receive possibly 1 star, however, it is not always this way so if you want some ⁶⁄₁₀ breakfast and ⁷⁄₁₀ service on most days, stop by.

Very clean and super service. The staff is so friendly and all take pride in their store. My hats off to the manager who works as hard as the rest of the staff. He runs a very good business!

Not too happy with my experience. Twice I’ve come here during the kids eat free promo and twice I was told by the waitress they would take it off at the register. They never did both times! Do I really need to beg for the free meal that you advertise on a really big sign on your window?

This IHOP gets 5 stars primarily because of Edgar. We only are able to eat out when we have coupons. Plus we have two very small children so dining out is difficult all around. We aren’t the ideal customer. Edgar always is very understanding & makes sure we are taken care of. He gets us what we need fast! Plus he remembers our daughter’s name. The restaurant is clean and we have never had a bad experience! Everyone working there provides good service.

Very pleased with the service, I came thanksgiving morning, was seated and served right away. Our server Edgar was accommodating and helpful despite my dietary constrictions.

Super busy on Sundays but we were still seated in like less than 10 minutes and greeted warmly when we walked in and by our waitress. Our food came really hot even though it took a little longer than usual so it was worth it. Got chicken fried steak, fries, and Turkey bacon as usual. Super awesome location and one of my favorite diners!

So we just got rejected from this Ihop. the manager said they closed in 10 mins. we have been on the road all day and we only had 1 stop requested by our kids on st pattys day.Ihop. .with our 3yr old crying cause he wanted pancakes he was so happy and just overjoyed when we pulled into the parking lot and our kids hungry and tired .we walked out.
The manager said, «umm did you want to eat something cause we close in 10 min»…obviously we want to eat something. .its a restaurant! Also the place wasnt due to close for another 30mins.
What does one say. um i guess we will go somewhere else.
Customer service gone down the crap hole. Dont come here with your tired and hungry. They will turn you away and fast!

Yay, I’m a fan, actually I am a big fan. always went there for breakfast. pretty good, pretty decent size and quality food. one coffee with unlimited refills refreshed my day.
I love their omelette with pancake combo.
