Julio cook for 30 for a fundraiser thanksgiving dinner we do every year at my home. Everything from appetizers, main dishes, desert, setup, the menu selection and cleanup where perfect! I hire Chefs on a normal basis when on vacation and Chef Julio was top notch. You will not be disappointed.

chef julio shortchanged me by 29 meals. after my event, he wanted to charge overtime for his entire staff when he officially clocked out with my event coordinator on time. additionally, he took the liberty of tacking on an 18% gratuity onto his invoice, prior to delivering his services. he is overall rude and lacks business ethics. my event took place in an upscale venue(a private automotive museum), and i actually paid the museum a hefty fee because he is not on the museum’s approved caterers list. i have a feeling he will remain unapproved with the museum in the future. a complaint was filed with the BBB about a month ago, of which he has refused to resolve. do your own homework; this complaint remains on public records for at least three years.

Chef Julio is an amazing, creative chef who brings his warm and friendly personality to every event! He has catered many events we have attended, and he catered a dinner party at our home that was enjoyed by all our guests. Chef Julio will soon be catering our annual Christmas party and I can relax knowing that the food will be delicious and artfully presented, and I can enjoy the evening with our guests!

This man is amazing!!! Chef Julio and his staff took care of everything! The food was delicious and the presentation was a marvel. I would recommend him to anyone, for any occasion! I am a very detailed person and he didn’t miss a thing! Very happy customer!.

The food was great, the chef rude and over priced. He even had the nerve to charge $ 75 additional because of «extra time» as he put it. He was in control of the cooking time and therefore the over all time of the dinner. He should consider himself lucky that he had already added an 18% gratuity to the agreed upon cost of the dinner.
