So i called this place and asked if they did deliveries and they said yes. I was super excited since this place had good reviews ! I ordered the Churrasco, Fried Calamari and the lava cake. Churrasco had absolutely NO type of sauce i mean nothinngggggg(when its supposed to be in a onion pepper and tomato sauce) ! Fries were soggy af, the egg over cooked. Fried calamari was tender but the batter was all falling off of it and it came with tostones which where dryyyyyyy!!! NOTHING was seasoned!!! The lava cake was ok at best the ice cream was half way melted which i didnt mind since it is 80 degrees outside but cake was ok! The only thing that was great was the aji sauce other than that i will never order from this place again maybe if i go to the restaurant and eat there itll be a different experience but i doubt that! Very disappointed! :(

Getting there. One word, «annoying». It was 10:00 am and cars were double parked everywhere. Parking was difficult, leaving me to park about half a mile away. The lights in the neighborhood are not in sequence, so when yours changes to green, the next one turns red, and so on, and so forth until you finally get to turn. Restaurant ambiance. Looks like an auditorium that transforms to a restaurant and can also transform into a hall for private parties. So it’s like a double agent Transformer-Decepticon. Food. What drew us to the place was the Eggs Benedict pictured by a previous Unilocaler. That’s no longer offered. Ordered the French toast from the menu — apparently not being offered today. Got the Calentado, wife the pancakes. My meal which is supposed to come with a maduro didn’t. Seems they were out, and instead served me avocado slices. Eggs were oddly cooked. Bacon was hardly cooked. Service. Meh. Conclusion. This is like if your Spanish grandmother was encouraged to open a restaurant by your uncles and she was being forced to cook American meals to broaden the clients. The Spanish parts of the meal seemed on point(specifically the rice), but having the pancakes, eggs, bacon cooked to look like they do at IHOP left much to be desired. And by «desire», I mean that most of it was left on the plate.

La comida muy buena, pero la atención mala Por que las meseras te traen la comida y luego te olvidan, tan solo se acercan a cobrar, no les importa nada Por la comida le doy 5 estrellas

Came here for an event for International Woman’s Day. The space is nice inside, with a nicely lit bar on the side. Me and my friend had fun taking silly selfies with this nice lighting in the background. The food was very good. We ordered the chicken. But I kinda wish I had ordered the Tilapia, it smelled so good! Definitely glad I came for the event, because I would otherwise not have ever known about this restaurant. We are coming back to try more food soon! P. S. Why is it categorized as «American» on here? Definitely a Spanish menu — which we loved!

I come here every Monday or Tuesday. I have ate penne alla vodka 3 times here. The first time it was on a Monday at 2:40 pm and let me tell you that it was one of the most tasty vodka sauce I have tried around this area. The second time(7pm on a Tuesday) it wasn’t so good but I ate it anyway and it was another chef who cooked that day. The 3rd time i called at 9:40-ish pm on Wednesday and order penne again, I couldn’t eat it of how awful it tasted.!! I immediately called back and told them that it didn’t taste right, after speaking to a lady who was telling the chef why did my pasta didn’t taste right… I could hear the chef on the back saying it was the taste of the vodka that made it taste like that… so I assumed he didn’t know how to cook it and asked for a refund or something Else on the menu. The lady on the phone passed me on to a gentleman who politely asked me to call next day because the kitchen was close and everyone was going home already and that I can order any breakfast I wanted or the penne again at no charge. And you guessed it! I called and I asked for the penne again and this time it was DELICIOUS again! The delivery guy(the same guy I spoke the night before) was really kind and didn’t want to accept my tip, which I insisted and he finally accept it. Other foods I have tried that were really good; the picada de pollo y carne(this was seriously amazingly delicious), lentils soup, tilapia, Blueberry French toast, sweet potato fries and chicken breast with white rice. Tip; don’t order penne alla vodka after 3 pm, the morning chef is the best one out of the 3 chefs that work there. Overall it’s a really nice quite place that have a good variety of food and great service.

This place went above my expectations. Unfortunately, I forgot the entrée I had. It was chicken cooked with white wine, served with a side of rice and assorted veggies. It made me want to go back for more. I didn’t expect a place like this in Corona, their atmosphere was very nice as well. Somewhere you can take your date to. It was over a month ago since I went. Their wine rack was empty and there was no alcohol behind the bar. They hadn’t acquired their license to sell yet. Hopefully next time I visit, I can have a glass of wine with my dinner. I would definitely visit again.

As you look at the the front of the store it seems to be much different and fresh idea compared to the other places that are on 103rd. When I walked into this place I saw one man eating at what seems to be a soon to be bar area(At the moment it is filled with soda and other non alcoholic drinks). There was no one else in the place besides two workers and what seemed to be the owner. Its really a nice little spot. I was very impressed with how clean everything was but also by how beautiful and spotless this place is. It truly is a gem. Its quite obvious that the staff isn’t very well trained at serving but I can tell that once they have a bit more experience that they will be important assets to this place. Usually when I come to a place the first thing that a waiter would ask me is what would I like to drink; however she really didn’t do that. She brought us to our seats and came back to get our order and then came back again to ask us what we would like to drink. When we ordered I asked for a Chipotle burger. She didn’t ask me how I would like my burger done so I was worried that I would be getting a hockey puck. Even though she had a couple of mistakes in service I have to say she was was extremely nice. It truly seemed like she wanted to be there which totally made up for those minor things that she didn’t do. Overall, I was very pleased with the treatment of the staff. The guy who seemed like an owner, kept on asking us how we were doing, which was great. Hopefully they keep this attitude up in the future. Now onto the food: All I can say is that this is seriously one of the most flavorful burgers I’ve had in a very long time. Once I took a bite of the burger I tasted many different spices. It was very pleasant because most places just put salt and pepper on their burger. The burger bun was heated. They gave a great amount of meat. The chipotle sauce on the burger — which I thought was canned cheese at first– was really good. It really worked harmoniously with the flavor of the burger meat. I ordered the burger with sweet potato fries and it was very good. Nice crunchy exterior and fluffy inside. Instead of ketchup I was just dipping the fries on the chipotle sauce that came with the burger — delicious. The onion rings also tasted great. They were definitely done fresh and not straight from a frozen bag. Overall, I love this place and I really hope this place succeeds. Although I am a bit worried that this place might be in the wrong location. I really feel like they were in an area with more foot traffic, it would always be packed. Although they were smart to stick with more of an American route than a Spanish route with their food. So give this place a try and spread the word of a new hangout spot in Corona. It truly is an «Encuentro.» 5 out of 5.
