Loved this place, but they have CLOSED it permanently. It’s being replaced by Toasted Barrel Restaurant & Wine.

Cocos was not very busy and there were 2 waitresses in our seating area yet It took our waitress Roxanna 10 mins to get our drinks ordered and our food finally arrived approximately 38 minutes later when we only 1 hr for lunch, she kept blaming to cooks however we could not find her on the floor, keep in mind it was not packed and the other waitress didn’t seem to have any problems servicing her guests. Will not be returning to this cocos and the only reason I gave 1 star is the food was good to bad we had to scarf it down so fast.

Friendly staff. Came in because my car was getting some work done nearby so decided to check this place out to kill some time. I ordered an orange juice, eggs and hash browns. My waitress was nice and cheerful. I’ve tried their peach cheese pie before as well and it is very delicious.

The food here was surprising based on my past experiences at Coco’s. Our server(Joy) was great! I am open to going back to Coco’s due to our experience today.

The WORST restaurant my family have ever visited. They took more than 10 minutes simply to take our order for coffee. After another 10 minutes, when having inquired about the status of our drinks, they told us they ran out of hot water and needed to brew more. They didn’t even have the courtesy not only to promptly inform us of this, but didn’t even bother to ask if they could take our order for food. Our poor toodler, already hungry, had to suffer such an intolerable wait and inexcusable poor service.

The service is great !! Friendly staff, good food and frankly some surprising healthy choices for breakfast. I obviously didn’t have the healthy choice this morning since I saw the waffle and gluten free pancakes !!!

Terrible! Had to wait for almost an hour to be sitted. When other guest were being sat before us and they came in after us. Discrimination? Probably! Especially when i can clearly see empty booths & tables. It will be the firat and last time we come here. That’s what we get for not going to «The Goodfellas Cafè».

My husband and I wanted to take our three kids(17,10, 6) out to eat. Our budget is tight so we are using coupons. Our waitress, Joy, and the manager made a our visit a wonderful memory for our family and treated us like we’ve been there 100 times before helping us with the coupons and giving us an experience we will share with friends and family.

I’m baffled by the current overall rating. Our waitress, Tammy, was outstanding. She handled the entire floor completely by herself, and still gave exceptional service, took our orders correctly, and brought it out on time :] Their mocha machine was acting up, so Tammy handmade my amaaazingggg mocha latte: D I’m pretty sure I tasted the love she put in it hahah But really, it was bomb(yup, I said bomb). Their gouda and hash omelet was incredible and french toast: D I wish I didn’t live so damn far -.- or maybe that’s a good thing. Thanks for everything, coco’s and Tammy: D

This review is for the service only not of the food. I was with a group of 6 looking for a place to eat. Called this cocos on a Friday night to see if they were still open at about 10:20. The phone rang for about 2 minutes before it just hung up on me. No business hours or message. In a few words this is unprofessional, and bad service. I had the feeling that they were avoiding answering the phone, because most coco’s restaurants are open until 11PM.

I would give this coco’s zero stars if was an option. But it’s not, so I’ll go with one. The food here is edible but unremarkable. The problem here is the service. Of course it’s the service. Check the other reviews. This is one of the most poorly managed establishments in general, and Coco’s in particular(and I’ve been to a lot), that I’ve ever been to. This place is losing money fast, and their service is NOT doing the owners any favors. If you expect to be greeted by a warm smiling hostess when you enter, turn around and go home. If you expect your server to be pleasant and actually care that you are spending money in the restaurant, forget it. Finally, if you expect the manager to be concerned with your general dismay, ha! Think again. I’ve seen rocks show more concern about pavement. So if it’s a pleasant experience that you seek, where the employees genuinely care about the service they are providing, move along. There are more than enough other restaurants nearby. Oh by the way, if you don’t heed my advice and still decide to go, don’t plan on staying longer than an hour. As soon as you hit the second hour, you’ll be forced to order another drink or entrée. Per their sign(posted directly on the hostess stand), they are NOT your local coffee shop, NOR your social gathering place. Good luck coco’s!

Very poorly managed. Hostess does not know what they are doing. It takes over 1 hour to seat a family of 5.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Jamie our server messed up two out of six orders. I ordered a shrimp avocado salad & was served an Asian salad. My niece ordered a club on crescent with avocado and was served a turkey on sourdough. She got her avocado for her sandwich after she finished her club sandwich because the server was nowhere to be found. I finally got my correct salad after complaining to the manager but everyone was already done with their meals & I ate alone! Not happy!

My girlfriend, her dad and I were just here and It took 10 minutes for our server(Joy) to even acknowledge us. When she came to help us she was extremely rude. When she came to ask if we were ready to order, we told her we needed a couple more minutes and she gave a us an attitude. After about 15 minutes of her not coming back, we got fed up and had to ask someone else to get her so she could come help us. When she was walking out of the kitchen we heard her tell a coworker«Oh theyre ready all of the sudden?». And she didn’t even come to our table! She went to the booth next to us and then another table to ask if they were ready for their check then she went back to the kitchen! She didn’t even say a single word to us. We decided to just leave. Extremely rude! Joy has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Yes I’m back! All my family members were busy and I had to huge craving for mashed potatoes and gravy. So of course I headed to Coco’s because they have the best Chicken Fried Steak and mashed potatoes meal and fresh grilled vegetables. The best part is that they give you 2 crispy fried steaks as 1 portion. I ate one and brought 1 home for whoever…(son). Also the fresh baked bread basket… and I know I sound like a broken record, but the waitress here are the best. Tonight I had Ciara :) she is so sweet/efficient and her politeness is off the chart. Yummy food and great experience!

When did Coco’s get all Coco Chanel in Corona? it’s had a revamp of the menu offering brioche buns and other fancy delights as well as the old standard favorites that we’re all pleased to enjoy. Staff is always very nice, food is always fresh and delicious. Prime Rib for the win, have not tried their Pies however they do look tanatalizing.

It has been a very long time for us. It was a place that my aging Mom enjoyed, but I had reservations about. So returning quickly was not really an option for me. Today, I felt enough time had passed to give Coco’s another chance. They have been at this location for a long, long time. Maybe I had overlooked something? So, what can I say? Barely average. Very disappointing, actually. Multi grain pancakes. Not bad. Probably one of the more eatable items we ordered. Full of nuts, it was hearty, but nothing I would go back for. In a world where«bacon», thick, sweetly salty with a lingering smoky aftermath, is whispered with reverence, even comparable to a fine wine, they promised an applewood smoked bacon. But alas, this one here was super thin and not that flavorful. Disappointed already by its appearance, I may have also been influenced by the subtle taste of a grill that was not well cleaned. I am hypersensitive to rancid oil. My first bite had that taste. I could not convince myself into enjoying the remainder. Buttermilk pancakes. Blah says Mr. B. The pancakes came with his country fried steak. Strictly a pressed meat patty, pre-breaded, gray inside, and not so good gravy. Tasted of artificial bacon seasoning. It came with hash browns and 2 eggs. Nah. Don’t bother. And then there was the cherry pie that they claim they won an award for. My final«don’t even bother». The food lingered on our tummies throughout the day, don’t really know why we ate it. It insulted my stomach. The water was good. Might as well gone to another chain, Denny’s.
