I was very skeptical about buying a new phone from anywhere, much less a non-exclusive boost dealer. frankly you should always wait to buy a new product until all the bugs are out of it… I worked for verizon wireless for 8 years and I know this for a fact. however, i really needed a new phone and didn’t want to wait for it in the mail. i bought a zte warp and it is an excellent phone, well the second one was… anyway. I went to the store to buy the phone, was told that a smart phone is different than a normal mobil phone, then I told them I was very aware of the smart phone and any other phone. I didn’t even notice the sign by the register that says no returns on phones, which is the only bad thing I have to say about this store. it is a store policy not a boost policy. i got the phone home and it wouldn’t hold a charge, at all. I found several bugs in the phone and called the store, they of course did what they were suppose to do and told me the text book answers. so i waited until the next morning and still the bugs were there. I paid 200.00 for the phone, which is hard for me to afford, but I figure it would be the last phone i would buy for a long time. I took the phone back. the young girl that was there was very pleasant and knew her stuff, was trying to give me every reason in the book that she couldn’t exchange the phone. she called the girl that I bought the phone from less that 24 hours before. I told her what i knew about phones and how i know about them. she then called the store owner. I left with a new phone, telling her I know that they are just going to refurb the one i brought in and use it as an insurance replacement. she didn’t see that one coming… lol. either way, I left happy and the second phone is great, as the first one should have been. I do recommend the zte warp and boost, but wait awhile. I would buy a phone from Canary Wireless again, they did the right thing.
