Courtney is the only person I trust with doing my Brazilian blowout! She takes her time and it turns out better than I expect every time. I get my brazillian blowout to keep my hair healthy, smooth, and shiny! The treatment also lowers my blow dry time and makes it easier to get a brush through my thick hair… Thick hair that I have Courtney to thank for! She uses hot headz Tape hair extensions and no one can tell I have hair extensions! They are hassle-​free and Courtney makes my life easier with hair extensions! I absolutely love them! I have a hard time trusting people with my hair and Courtney always does what I ask and educates me on my hair and products for maintenance. I always listen to her and I have never regretted it! This review is long overdo! I love it when she touches my hair!!!

First and foremost, I don’t write reviews. I travel constantly for my job and just don’t have the time. I have written only one review. It was for a boutique hotel I stayed at, on an amazing trip to Costa Rica. This review is long overdue.
I met Courtney five years ago. I lived in Rancho Santa Margarita at the time. I was running some errands and needed a hair cut. Next door was a hair salon. At the time, I was a chain salon, hair cut guy. Quick hair cut, I’m in and I’m out. Courtney absolutely transformed my hair. She asked me several questions about what I wanted, which I had never experienced and then utilized her skills to deliver an amazing hair style. Five years later, I have followed Courtney wherever her hair styling talents have taken her.
I currently see Courtney at this great salon, Olivia’s Expert Touch, in Corona Del Mar. It’s a small place on PCH. From the owner, Olivia, to the receptionist, all are so friendly. When I sit down for my hair appointment, Courtney assesses the state of my hair and listens to what I would like, then offers her professional suggestions (which I always agree to) and just performs her magic. I’m 41, so for the last year or so, Courtney has been integrating a color routine which has kept me looking younger. For me, it has been a confidence booster.
An observation I would like to share, when I arrive to my appointment, there’s usually a client Courtney is finishing with. I’m always noticing the absolute jubilation her client shows when finished. Courtney continually impresses her clients with her talents. When it comes time for my appointment, what Courtney provides (and I don’t think she realizes), in addition to perfecting my hair, is that she is such an incredibly genuine and kind person. We talk for the whole appointment. She is just so cool and laid back. That means a lot.
In addition, as I’ve grown to know Courtney over the years, she is continually advancing her craft by attending hair styling seminars and courses. I’ve learned that Courtney isn’t just a hair architect, but she is a hair artist. That is her true passion.
When my appointment is finished, Courtney is diligent on setting my next appointment. A sign of a motivated, talented professional. What’s impressive is that I have to set that appointment, because she is becoming increasingly booked. In addition to her hair styling commitments, Courtney is also highly sought after for weddings and other private events.
I highly encourage anyone who reads this review to make an appointment with Courtney.

Courtney is my by far the best I have ever been too. One of the greatest things about her is that she quickly grasps your desire and makes it happen. I completely trust her to color as she thinks and each and every time I’m more in love with my hair. It’s a beautiful thing to just sit there and say ‘do what you want’ and know that you will be happy with the results.
She has also done my hair and makeup for special occasions and I looked stunning! And again I simply said the theme of the event and she worked magic with asking minimal questions.
Several of my friends now see her too and we all have very different hair types and she does an amazing job on all of us. She works with your needs while considering your routine (if you go every 6 – 8 weeks or even twice a year)
Her instincts are stellar, her talent is verbose. HIGHLY recommend for hair and makeup!!!

Courtney is amazing, she is passionate about what she does and it shines through her work! She is creative and fun, up to date on all the latest trends, and an all around amazing talent. I have been going to Courtney for about 3 years now. She does a fantastic job with my hair and maintaining my blonde color I like. Gives awesome customer service. Her salon she is located at is in corona del mar and very easy to get to. Courtney has been my favorite hairdresser out of many I have had before. She really does color well. My mom goes to her for her hair too. Overall she does a amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with her end product: my hair:) and fabulous customer service!
