This place is so cute and all the food I have had is amazing! Great place to go when it’s cold outside. And a good place for bubble tea!

Adam loves dessert, especially cupcakes, so it was a no brainier that I found somewhere to get dessert for our anniversary weekend. It was kind of like eating your wedding cake for your anniversary. I picked here because it was pretty close to the museum and had such great reviews. It I located right on the main street of their village and it can make you feel like you walked into the life of Rory and Lorelai Gilmore. The shop it self is super cute and decorated perfectly. The store front changes often to reflect the season and holiday’s. They have a pretty sizable menu for such a cute little place. They other some simple lunch choices like sandwiches but their main thing is dessert– and boy do they know how to do dessert. Adam and I had such a hard time picking our something so we wound up each getting a cupcake and drink to consume there and some goodies to take home. Their cupcakes were perfect. They were light, fluffy, and moist. Their frosting was also fabulous. Frosting can go wrong very quickly. A lot of companies use far too much sugar and the frosting becomes very heavy. This frosting was on point of just the perfect amount of sugar so it was easy to lick it all right off the cupcake. Pretty much the only downfall I can think of it parking. It is street parking and it can be hard to find a spot. Also, the ability to parallel park is a plus. Overall, I would highly suggest it here and I ready have to a couple of family members who came for the museum. The variety is amazing and the flavor a are ever better!

Went again on Oct 21 as I was in the area. Wow, the tarragon chicken salad was fantastic! Also had the tomato curry soup. Love this place! Wish I lived closer!

I requesred some specialty cupcakes and a specialty cake to be made. Carole took my ideas and offered much better options than I had in mind(at the same cost). They truly put their hearts into making excellent products. We were thrilled with how the cupcakes and cake turned out(I didn’t think it was possible, but they were better than expected), and they tasted amazing. Thank you!

I had the egg and cheese crêpe and it was delicious! I also got a bag of goodies to take in the road: pumpkin whoopee pie, pumpkin bread and apple walnut scone. They were all really good :-) Their coffee is pretty great too. Everyone was super nice and they brought the food out to me at my table after I ordered.

3.5 stars. Normally I’d round up, but Poppleton comes in at 4.5 stars, so I’m trying to adjust for it. It’s a nice little bakery/café that open at 7 am(thank you!). We were starving and needed sustenance. I ordered a egg, cheese, and bacon crêpe that looked more like a burrito from the way it was wrapped(Poppleton should give a lesson to Fiesta Brava). It tasted very nice. Ben ordered a breakfast sandwich(egg, cheese, and ham on a bagel), which he was satisfied with. It met our needs. I loved having outlets by the window bar.

I was in from out of town for my wedding and ordered food from poppelton to have at our hotel while my bridal party was getting ready for. They were able to work with me to customize a menu at a reasonable price. They delivered the food on time as planned and everything was really delicious. It helped everyone get through the long day

I’m in LOVE with this place. Every time I’m in Corning I must go here. The coffee is great and the variety of homemade goods is amazing. A lot of GF options that are all homemade. I don’t have a favorite anything — as I’ve loved it all! Be sure to try the house Tomato Soup — it is delicious!

We visit this place every time we’re in the area — my favorite bakery by far. The baked goods are fantastic, with a great assortment of GF options as well, and the one time we came for lunch, we weren’t dissapointed!

Very nice, great breakfast, excellent coffee, wonderful scones. The service was prompt and friendly. They had a nice counter in front facing the street with numerous power outlets, great for recharging your phone or tablet, very thoughtful.

This is a fun little place on Market Street with sweet treats and savory crepes. The décor is fun and brightly colored, lots of seating — tables, high tops, and even seats right by the window to look out. The tables by the windows have chairs built in so if you’re tall, I wouldn’t recommend it because you won’t have a lot of room. The display case has all the desserts and baked good, a variety of cupcakes, cookies, scones, cakes, and brownies. I haven’t had the pleasure of trying one of their baked goods, but I know I will some time in the future and will get back to you on it! I tried one of their breakfast crepes with fruit and it was delicious! It was very sweet, so if you’re not into the sweetness I wouldn’t really suggest getting a dessert crêpe and air on the side of caution with a savory. My +1 order a chicken crêpe. We both really enjoyed our meals, I think he wished his was bigger because he really enjoyed it and I wish I had more because it was also super tasty! Bubble tea… hm. you can order it with black or green tea. It’s not the same as what I’m used to. It’s not nearly as good as back home but if it’s the only thing I have within a 40 minute radius, I guess I have to settle. I like teas without milk and she put milk in mine, or at least I think she did because it had a milk look to it. I have to go back and try again and hope it’ll be better. I’ll visit for some desserts though!

We visited Corning with a large group(25 people) and stopped at Poppleton for lunch. They had fantastic service and fantastic food! Our group was served quickly and the diverse menu worked for everyone. The owner went out of her way to make us comfortable. I highly recommend the tomato curry soup of they are serving it! We will definitely be coming back.

This is such a darling of a place! The last day of my visit to Corning, I came here for breakfast and ended up ordering a banana-nutella crêpe. It was divine! This café also serves bubble tea! I grabbed one in taro to go. I also need to mention that I tried the hostess cupcake and just melted. It was sooooo delectable. That chocolatey goodness and moist cake was PERFECT! If your sweet tooth is calling for you, definitely make a stop here. Plus, the shop is so adorably decorated. I can’t get enough of this place :)

A go to for lunch. Great savory crepes, delicious soup and salad options. They also have awesome desserts, I’ve ordered birthday pie and cheesecake recently for my parents — amazingly delicious. They always have a great gluten free selection.

I’ve been here twice and I hope to go back many more times! This place has a full lunch and breakfast menu in addition to the pastries. I’ve had a sandwich and a crêpe; both were good. The food on the menu is all elevated versions of standard fare. Good if your an adult who likes trying gourmet food, but not so great if you have a kid with you. Luckily they will make custom, off-menu items, so my daughter got her standard sandwich and thought it was great. For dessert, I’ve had an espresso brownie and a cupcake. The cupcake was yummy, but that brownie was a little piece of heaven! As for the bubble tea. it’s $ 4 and I didn’t like it due to the fact that the«bubbles» were very chewy. Nice to try something different, but this just didn’t work for me. Service was good both times and the décor is very cute. In conclusion, YOUMUSTTRYTHEESPRESSOBROWNIES!!! Please leave one for me though, OK?

Go here and talk to the staff. They care about the business they are running and it is a model of small business! We very much enjoyed our delightful desserts as part of our vacation. There is ample seating, friendly service, and good food. Great spot to pop in and have some pastries with a friend. Good spot for conversing and just unwinding.
