Worst Customer service I will never buy from there. Worst online experience and when i called all i heard was rap music. The person i dealt with was Krista, she had an attitude the whole time.

McClain’s has friendly folks in sales, parts and service. They are family owned and operated and have been in business since 1963 which says a lot. I highly recommend stopping by.

After deciding on a particular RV, we wanted a specific color, and the only one that we found locally showed a tiny bit of customer abuse. Since it was new, I really wanted a“fresh” one, and McClains had three or four in stock. So, after a very promising start with a very affable sales associate, John, we purchased a new RV from McClains, to be delivered to us in CA. After expressing how particular I am to the sales rep and receiving his assurances that the RV was«perfect», and after spending a boat load of money to get the RV driven here, we couldn’t wait to get it. You know where this is going, right? The RV arrived, and of course, it is in the same condition as the one I could have gotten locally– chips in the paint, minor scratches and scuffs, some small damage to the sofa… I e-mail my sales rep with photos of the various boo-boos, and he e-mailed back that he has passed along my concerns to the manager. NEVERHEARDFROMTHEMAGAIN! Now, over a month later, I am still waiting for the MCO. Three messages to Vanessa in the business office, and no reply.(I spoke to a manager today, so maybe I will find out what is going on.) Sorry, John and McClains, but you have lost any future business or referrals from our family.
