Called regarding some problems with outlets failing. Electrician called and said he would be an hour late. Appreciated the call. Arrived ok and began tracing the problem. After diagnosis it was traced back to the circuit breakers and he determined that they simply were loose and proceeded to reseat them. Problem solved. Quick and efficient service. Priced right and will use them again in the future

Your technician was here on July 8th, 2015 to install a new electrical panel. He started at around 9:15 and said it would take«no more than 4 hours.» Since the HVAC would be off, I told him that I was going up the street to Starbucks to wait and asked him to call or text me when he was finished. After FIVE hours I sent him a text but heard nothing back, so I returned to the house and found the garage door closed. Upon inspecting the door closing mechanism I found that the track hook was disengaged, indicating that the door had been manually closed since the power was off. I reengaged the track hook and switched on the power. When I opened the garage door that I found that one of the rollers was completely off the track. This prevented the door from closing at all. It took me 30 minutes to remove the roller and remount it properly. I charge a minimum of $ 100 an hour for the work that I do so I need to be compensated $ 50 for my time. I already notified you about this via email to your Yahoo address and included a photo of the damage but you did not have the courtesy to reply. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and, if you don’t respond, I will post reviews at other review sites. RESPONSETOOWNER’S RESPONSE: The owner was NOT with me at the time of service. Your technician was not only inconsiderate when he didn’t let me know he was finished, he was careless when he opened or closed the garage door and the roller wheel jumped off the track. I have placed a photo with my review as proof of my claim. If you are a reputable business you will compensate me for my time and patience.

I have used Electric Pros several times at my business over the last few years. They are extremely professional, honest, and courteous. Let me start with my situation. I manage a large tanning salon in Dallas. We need a lot of electrical work done. Before I called Electric Pros… I called a different electrician because I needed a tanning bed wired to a transformer. I told him to use another tanning bed that worked to figure out how to wire the machine. This other company sent out a shady electrician who showed up without the tools he needed to actually do the job. He opened up the electrical panel on the other tanning bed and broke it. He then spent about 30 minutes trying to troubleshoot the problem before he left without fixing the bed he broke, or wiring the new bed. He promised he would be back the next day to fix it, but the next day he called and said he couldn’t make it because he had another job. In other words, this guy called and told me that somebody else was more important than me. He became very hostile and rude when I told him that I would find somebody else to do the job, and told me he expected me to pay him for his time even though he broke my equipment. I told him I wouldn’t pay him for breaking my equipment and he told me that I wasn’t qualified to tell him what a working bed looks like because I’m not an electrician. I don’t think I need to be an electrician to know that the machine worked before he touched it and now it doesn’t. I recorded the phone conversation so I could show it to the next electrician. After this entirely awful experience with this other company, I needed someone I could trust. Every day one of my machines are down costs me and my employees money. Someone who would show up when they said they were going to. Someone who would show up with the proper tools and knowledge to get the Job done. I have used probably 15 – 20 electricians over the years and there was only one company I could ever think of that I ever wanted to use again. Electric Pros! I had previously used Electric Pros to install a new panel box at my store. They were quick, efficient and honest. They also were a much more reasonable rate than other companies I had previously used. I called them last night at 6:30, well after they closed. A very polite young woman answered my call. I could tell it was from her cell phone, and that I was bothering her at home, but I explained my situation and she said she would get someone out first thing in the morning. And sure enough, the very next morning one of their electricians,(I think his name was Woods) arrived on time and ready to work. He was so quiet I forgot he was even working, but two hours later he came back to the front to tell me the job was done. I was talking to a few customers when he walked up, and he recognized that I was busy and walked away. I appreciate the professional courtesy. He was able to wire the bed that I needed wired and fix the bed the other companies electrician broke. Woods listened to the recording I made of the other companies electrician ranting about how I had a 120 amp this and 220 volt that. Apparently this other guy had absolutely no Idea how a buck booster transformer worked. I won’t make the mistake of going with any other company except electric pros ever again. Electric Pros, You’re my hero.
