UFC GYM Cordova

I have been a member of the gym for over a year and love the atmosphere that has been created. Encouragement from the coaches as well as the friends that have been made from the gym are unparalleled to other gyms I have been a member of.

I was visiting family in Bartlett, TN for a few days & I wanted to keep up on my boxing work outs. I contacted the manager & he allowed me to attend a couple days of classes for free! The staff was really friendly & really pushed & motivated me during the work outs. I highly recommend this gym & wish I had one near me in Ohio!

My 2 middle sons take kid’s classes here. All of the coaches are really good with the children For $ 69 per month, they can go up to 5 days per week for various classes– boxing, wrestling, jujitsu, MMA, etc. There is a sibling discount.

We could not be happier in our choice to sign up two of our children (5 and 8) at the UFC Gym in Cordova. From the moment we first stepped into the building we were greeted by friendly staff who took the time to talk to the kids and make them feel comfortable. The trainers are all fighters (boxing or MMA) and show an incredible amount of patience and pride when they are taking the kids classes. As a parent, I could not feel more comfortable that my children are being taught fitness, life skills and sports technique safely and professionally.
The gym itself is spotless, the staff and members are friendly. Prices are fair and you are not held to a long term contract like so many of the places around here. Loan equipment is available for the kids (gloves, hand wraps etc) while you are acquiring your own.
My kids would make me take them 6 days a week if they had their way and we are already starting to see an improvement in their confidence and their behavior at home.

This UFC gym is a new gym in cordova near heuys. I will say the staff is great and will help you get in shape. Hopefully this place get better while it get’s all the kinks out for being new to town. They are somewhat expensive but you will get your moneys worth.
