The UPS Store-Cordova

I didn’t spend a lot of time at this location but they helped me ship off my comcast equipment very quickly. There was no line, and the lady behind the desk even took the time to explain to me what the process what’s going to consist of and how to check on it.
I’m extremely appreciative of their service.

Why go to the USPS and wait in line and get poor service when you can literally walk in UPS and drop your package on the counter and they will do all the work. No line and excellent customer service. Create an account and they will even do auto bill and email you all the details on your packages and bills.

Such fast service! Bonus: they will accept not only UPS packages, but also USPS packages. Therefore, if you have to mail items from both services (or just don’t want to deal with the post office), you can just come here.
They’ll tape up your box for you as well which is great, it’s a little thing but it’s nice to not have to buy a roll of mailing tape and keep it around at home.
They’re super friendly here and they also offer heaps of other services, such as notarisation, passport photos, fingerprinting, copies, faxing, and they also sell some office supplies too.
Oh, and a little tidbit: if you are mailing something via UPS, wait for your receipt. It may seem like an unnecessary 30 seconds, but here’s the thing: it’s a sticker that gets affixed to a piece of paper. That piece of paper? It has coupons on it! You can get discounted copies and other stuff just because you mailed a package.

Such amazing service! Applying for my TN nursing license was so easy thanks to this store and their ability to quickly do everything I needed in one location. I got fingerprinted, a 2×2 photo taken, everything notarized, and the entire application mailed off in a matter of 15 minutes.

This store is a rip off. They store people are very rude. Service is very unprofessional. I went to get a document notarized and he notarized every single page instead of just the last page and charged me 4 times $ 7.5. I came to know what he charged when I got the receipt and he says «I have already signed and I cant revert it». I told I dont need all these pages notarized, keep these pages and refund my money and he starts ridiculous arguments and finally says, «Sorry, I closed the register, I cant do anything today. Please come back tomorrow» and same story next day. This is out right theft. I highly recommend not to go there.

Fast and efficient and open until 6:30pm. They have saved me a ton compared to post office rates. Employees are generally friendly as well.
