I love the building and the atmosphere! It’s very pretty inside and the receptionist is nice. My daughter has gone here three times, and the first two times were awesome! They gave my baby a blow out and trimmed her ends and her hair was bouncy and beautiful! This last time… I was super disappointed. I booked my baby for a protective style and was told that the 45.00 was a base pay which I did not know. So I asked what could we get for the 45.00 and the hairdresser suggested braids into a ponytail and I agreed. When I came back to get my baby, her hair was braided in the front and back, but not in the middle! It is completely straight in the middle and looked so cheap and ghetto lol. I was like, 45.00 for this! I went home, took the little bun down, which only had one bobby pin in it, and I wrapped the braided part around the rubber band and ring curled the straight part. I basically had to redo her hair. And j paid almost fifty dollars for a hood girl hairstyle that I could have gotten any teen girl in Orange Mound or South Memphis to do for me for about 10 – 15. Very disappointed but this does not reflect the business as a whole. They are still an excellent beauty shop. I just see that all stylists are not created equal. I should have waited on Jordan.

I got a gel mani/​deluxe pedi here. It was great and I am so relaxed. I’m definitely coming back to see Gina! She’s awesome and I love the online booking. The best part is they have a ton of gel polish that matches regular polish!

My appointment was with Lindsey who was prompt, friendly and professional. I have very course relaxer free hair and she got my hair silly smooth with so much bounce and movement. The salon is clean and comfortable. They were offering complimentary chocolate covered strawberries, candy, macaroons and beverages (including wine). I’ve never had a better salon experience. Can’t wait to return.
