Dr Mac Carpet Cleaning

I can not give Mr. Randy enough stars. My dogs had gotten sick in my apartment carpet and to make matters worse, I rubbed it in, trying to help. I’ve never had my carpets professionally cleaned but I figured it was this or lose my deposit. So, I called. He said the flat fee was $ 80 but we all know there are ALWAYS hidden fees and everyone warned me to have $ 100 or more ready. Mr. Randy got here in time and cleaned ALL the stains out in just a few minutes. He spot treated the stains and deodorized. I was cringing at the thought of how much that would tack on. At the end, he tells me $ 80. I actually ask if all the extra stuff he had to do didn’t cost extra and he says, «I quoted you $ 80 so that’s the fair thing to do.». I plan to have him come back every few months and would recommend him to EVERYONE except a couple folks I don’t like!

Randy is the nicest business man you will ever meet. Extremely friendly and professional. He does miracles to your carpets and does it fast. We had serious stains from dogs, cats and spilt sodas to heavy grease issues due to my son that is a mechanic. He made our 5 to 7 year old stains that made our carpet look 20 years old vanish as if we just had the carpet installed. He is coming back soon to finish the house cause after he cleaned them my 10 year old daughter wanted him to do her room too. Also, you will never find a more affordable individual to do such an amazing job! Trust me, everyone can afford Dr. Mac!

Mr. Randy did an incredible job with our carpets today! They’re about ten years old and now look brand new. And best of all, he’s very quick and punctual. We only needed a couple of rooms done, but he finished the job before I could finish eating my lunch! Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting their carpets cleaned — residential or commercial.

I called and had Dr. Mac come out and clean my carpets the other day. When the van pulled up I thought…“What the heck” the van was a little beat up and needed some good olé TLC. Boy was I wrong. It was an older white gentleman who was immediatly as friendly as could be which was a very nice surprise. I told him in person what was going to be done and by the time I was finished explaining he had already unloaded the van with equipment. I knew right then and there this guy was a worker and he knew how to talk to people. I couldnt help but smile the entire time because he was so friendly he made me feel like we already knew eachother. He explained to me about his vaccume on his machine and how it was more powerful than leading carpet cleaning companies. Long story short, this guy did not dissapoint by any means and he did my hallway for free. Definatlely calling this guy back. I found a link also
