Botts Dental Spa

My initial visit went fantastic. I was leary given the experience I had at my last dentist. From the second I walked in there I had a welcome feeling. Everyone there from the front desk to Dr. Botts was a joy to deal with.

I love Dr. Botts and his staff. Love! The office is so nice and relaxing for a dental office.

This is a great place! Paige, Dr. Botts and the other employees really make it a great experience. I hate going to the dentist but the relaxing environment at this Dental Spa put me at ease! Would def. recommend this dentist!

I had a bad experience with a dental office in Memphis and this place was a nice change. The staff here… Paige and all the other ladies were very friendly and helpful they were able to work me in when I had a tooth ache. I love the spa feel of the place very relaxing. and that really helps calm the nerves while waiting to have dental work done. Dr. Botts was great very professional and took a lot of time with me trying to figure out what was going on I have felt other doctors kind of rush through examinations. This will defiantly be my new dentist and I would highly recommed trying them out!

I called in pain and was told I could be seen that very day. My exam established that I needed a crown for a cracked tooth. I couldn’t believe that the Dentist was going out of town for over a week when I went to the front desk to make an appointment. I called back today to find there wasn’t the proper clearance from my regular doctor for him to do the procedure (his idea). I was told maybe he could get that in over a week more.
The lady at the front desk tried the best she could to help me, but I felt I was not treated as a valued patient. I called Dr. Scott Edwards on Poplar and I have received the best service I have ever had anywhere. The Botts dental spa will dip your hands in wax to help you relax, but didn’t have anything done to get nervous about.

Dr Botts helped me out with a broken tooth when my dentist of years couldn’t get me in. He did a great job from start to finish and has a very easy to work woth staff. As a newer graduate of dental school he knows the newest procedures and has the newest/​best equipment currently available.
