Very poor customer service practices, lack of communication with customer, and failure to fix our rodent problem. I would not recommend this company. Every time I have tried to get more information about the status and schedule of my account, they have told me that they are swamped and understaffed (as if it’s my problem). They also have scheduled work and been a no show and well as not followed up. Very disappointing. After thousands of dollars and months of waiting and construction on our house to fix to gaps, we even had an animal breech our bedroom (with our baby near by) and Apex has not resolved the issue. Apex Wildlife is one of the best companies I have ever done business with… in any industry. For animal control and related problems, Apex is the absolute best in Shelby County. Truly excellent service from every person I met on staff. I highly recommend them.
They eliminated my roof rat and raccoon problem and are handling all of the attic clean up and repair.
