All Clean Pools

See e-​mail chain below. This is what happens when people claim they came to clean your pool when they in fact did not. I don’t know if you remember or not… but this past July 3^rd, we had really strong winds and torrential downpours– many were thinking fireworks would be cancelled because of the storms. Furthermore, the reason this date stands out so much for my parents, is because I came into town for the 4^th. Prior to this instance, Justin and his employees had let all the water leak out of our pool during a maintenance call, leave all the tools laying around our backyard, and left. It wasn’t until my mother called him to ask if he was coming back to clean up, or if something had happened during the maintenance call. Still unclear if it was the 1^st, 7^th, 2^nd, or 3^rd that they came out.

I know for a fact that you did not come to serve our pool till July 16 in a month of July.
It was only July 16!
So from this point I am going to pay you for this date only and please do not sell anyone any more to my house.
I am completely done with your company. Too much confusion, too much mistakes for such a short period of time.
I gave you second chance but it seems it was mistake from my side.

It was Thursday July 2^nd that we came out. With it being the week of the fourth of July we were crazy busy and thats why i got the dates confused, i rarely ever do that.

Hey, yes biweekly, i had the date wrong on the invoice, serviced on july 3^rd not the 7^th. We had to add a little chlorine or the pool would go green. It was cloudy already when we got there.

Also I asked you not to put chlorine in my pool.
