Palms Diagnostic Imaging Center

I think I expected more because of the building this office was in. Nice area in Coral Springs. They were very prompt to call me before I even left my dr’s office to schedule my ultrasound. They lady stated she would call me back to confirm my appointment. I never received a call back. I called them the next day at 11am. They had not even checked my insurance yet but instructed me to be there at 2. I asked how long the process would take because I was leaving work for this test. They said maximum 15 – 20 mins. I arrived and there were 3 ladies in the front. No one acknowledged me. I approach and the gave me the paperwork to fill out, which I did in under 5 mins. Btw I got there at 1:55. I did not get seen until 2:26. When I finally approached the lady and asked her how much longer because I had left work. They took me in right after. The tech, no personality. The room stuffy, looks like they use it for storage as there was boxes and other junk in a corner. This dreadful bed. I’m glad it was over fast!
