Mini Mouths

I don’t know what kind of experience this lady had but I have to say this is THE BEST pediatric dentist I have ever taken my son to. So much so, that I persuaded both my sisters and close friend to take their kids here. The staff is loving, warm and experienced in everything they do. My son can hardly wait for his next appointment. They have already fixed two cavities and he doesn’t even blink. They have tv’s mounted from the cealing for kids to be distracted during treatment. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. Ignore the one star rating, completely unfounded.

She said to take off, no possibility.
I have estimate to remove tooth and appointment.
But off course I will not be back.
She just graduated a few months ago, she was text a friend during last appointmento to listen another opnion. She has no enought experiencie.
Yes, I visited THREE dentists at the last week. All said the same thing, keep the tooh and wait.

Andrew. I hope u feel better after writing that response but I have no reason to lie. My son has TWO dental plans. Why would I go somewhere where he wouldn’t be covered on purpose. Get your shit together and dont blame the customer for you and your staffs incompetence.
ORIGINAL REVIEW (somehow the original was deleted): I was told when I first called to make the appointment that my insurance was accepted. I asked when I could get in, it was NOT an emergency. She said I could go the next day so I agreed. After filling out the new patient paperwork I asked the lady if I had a copay and she said no. After the appointment I left and soon after I got a call saying my insurance wasn’t excepted and that I needed to pay the 60 dollar new patient special. I asked why I wasn’t informed of this before as I would have never gone through with the appointment she said they didn’t have time. I told her I didn’t think it was fair to charge me after the fact when I was told he was covered and therefore I wasn’t paying. So the lady said I would be charged $ 300 AND sent to collections. Don’t tell me I’m excepted just to get me in and then charge me after. Maybe you shouldn’t make appointments until you know for sure! Worst dental experience I’ve ever had and am seriously dissapointed as I really wanted to like this place. Wont ever go back.
