This is my favorite Chinese restaurant for delivery. They have the best Chinese food in town if you ask me.

Said 45 mins made it 25 and don’t charge for delivery! House Lomein crab Rangoon boneless spare rib spring rolls vegetable fried rice all awesome spring rolls couldve been crunchier. A nice local Chinese place finally. Thank you

I was very happy with my tofu and vegetable rice; until j weight myself in the morning! My husband ordered the chicken & broccoli. He also loved the taste, but felt bloated. Not sure what happen here, but we won’t be back.

This is the best Chinese food I’ve had since moving to south Florida 4 years ago. They never disappoint, food is always fresh and the prices are reasonable, I’ve tried many other Chinese restaurants in the area but I always end up going back to China Star !

Best Chinese food in Florida! if you’re from new york like me, then you know good chinese food! China Star rarely disappoints. food is delicious and hot, and the delivery guy with the ponytail (forgot his name) is always smiling and super friendly!
Love the roast pork lo mein, boneless spare ribs, general tso, chicken and broccoli, house fried rice, dumplings, crab rangoon made fresh, szechuan beef, chicken wings, wonton soup, egg rolls, I could go on!!!
Hubby and I have been ordering from China Star going on 2.5 years and only once did they forget a soda in my order, and i dont think we’ve ever gotten our food cold, and rarely do they say 45 mins for delivery and it takes over that (usually they arrive early). I even have my office staff at work hooked!

We placed a $ 60.00 order at 6:56 pm. It is now 8:40 pm and we do not have our food. They told us when we ordered it would be 45 minutes. We called China Star to let them know how long we had been waiting after an hour and 15 minutes. They said they had just left to take it out to us. We live a mile away. It is 30 minutes later and it is still not here. 2 hours on a 45 minute estimate is completely unacceptable and we are hungry and canceling our order. We’ve called twice.

Hi Fellow Foodies. Last night was our first time ordering from China Star. The food was very good. The soups, wonton and egg drop were very good. Egg rolls were very filing and tasty. We ordered steamed dumplings, found them a little heavy, ordered chick chow mien full of chicken but not overpowered by vegetables, ordered General Tso Chicken, it was the BEST I have ever had. The portion was very large full of chicken with just the right enough broccoli. The sauce was thick sweet and had just enough spice. Excellent. We also ordered Happy Family it was full of meats, fish and chicken with vegetables but the sauce could have been thicker with a little more taste. All in all the food was very good. The portions large and they weren’t all vegetables. The prices very reasonable. It was very enjoyable. Another place for fellow foodies to explore. Enjoy.

I have to give this place a great rating since it is my only go to place in town. I’m from NY and I feel that the best Chinese takeout is in NY and all the ones I’ve gone to in fl except this one has been bad! This is only for takeout or delivery but their food is very tasty and always seems fresh. I usually pick up but have gotten delivery and they arrive in good timing. Do not order takeout on holidays like Valentine’s Day, if you think restaurants get over booked, this place had a 2 hour wait this past Valentine’s Day!

The crab Rangoon is lovely, sweet and sour chicken was delicious, the delivery time was the best in coral springs, and the price for my family meal was pretty inexpensive being that we live in coral springs and your average family meal in coral springs can hit the $ 40 mark. However the chicken fried rice and the egg rolls could use some more taste in my opinion. The Chinese restaurants in Miami have alot more taste.

Had the food delivery — they were pretty quick. We bought the Beef Lo Mien, it was a bit bland. The Orange Chicken and the General Tso seemed like they were made from the same sauce just that the Orange Chicken was a bit sweeter. Good overall.

The food was pretty good. I ordered my food for delivery, and the delivery was pretty fast. The chicken noodle soup was kind of bland and needed salt, but everything else was good. The pork lomein and egg rolls were very good. The beef and broccoli and general tso’s chicken were also very good, even though the chicken was a bit different than the general tso’s chicken that I am used to. The sauce was darker in color and not as sweet, but it was very good.

Love the convenience of the restaurant, and the delivery guys are very courteous. Prices are reasonable. The food is delicious, although I wish they had more white meat chicken options. We always order the egg rolls!

I have only had delivery from this place so I don’t know Bout cleanliness but the food is very yummy. The best in the area. They probably have the best egg rolls I’ve tried around here. Overall I def. recommend this place.

I’m so relieved to finally find a decent Chinese delivery place in W Broward! I’ve tried so many others that were just awful. I’ve ordered from them three times now & been pleased. Not a big fan of the gigantic egg roll that comes with the meals as it is mostly cabbage but the meals themselves are good & hot & sour soup is great. This place is now saved in my phone as «Good Chinese Food Coral Springs» for easy dialing

Five stars alone… for two things that you won’t find anywhere else in Coral Springs — Orange Chicken and Mango chicken done right. Real fruit — orange peel is amazing and fresh mango. Right amount of spice to give you the hot/​fiery/​sweet compliment to the chicken and vegetables. My son is in love with the orange chicken — he eats it and I eat the orange peels with the sauce — because it is that awesome you’d eat a sautéed orange peel. This place is great — they never mess up our orders for take out. It is packed correctly in the bag with cardboard liners in the bag and stacked properly for warmth/coolness…stapled shut! Orders always hot… on point. I am not a huge fan of Chinese. so I can’t comment from my own perspective… but my entire gigantic family loves this place and orders at least once a week. Some people like NY Chinese and I am not one of those people… but I am vouching for EVERYONE in my family that thinks this place is the bomb! Leave me the orange peels and some mango and I am happy! Just joking… I always get the house special soup… which is a wonderful mix of seafood, pork, vegetable and wonton. One thing I don’t like about this place is that they won’t customize HEAT/SPICE…they just say no. I guess I get it… or not? They will throw in some hot spice oil packets for you but won’t tailor the heat. Just thought I would mention that in case you are expecting a custom experience — not happening. Super busy all the time… but efficient and very organized (the majority of the time… the poor newbies on the job you can tell but they are getting up to speed fast)

Great menu… love the diet menu options which have the fat laden sauce on the side, the rice is steamed without any oil and the veggies or meat dishes are steamed. Takeout is convenient but my order got given away by mistake so I had to wait for another meal to be made and they did not offer me any discount for that order or for a future order… hence the beauty of Unilocal cos that enables me to voice my experience in a way that matters. Prices are a tad higher than neighborhood asian food prices and they have little overhead; there is no inside seating. it’s all takout… so guys bring the prices down and get higher Unilocal review scores

It has been years since we had Chinese take-​out. Tonight we decided it was time, and based on the reviews here took a chance. We now have a favorite as good as back home. Sweet and sour chicken was excellent and quickly prepared. We will be back.

Food is great and the place is clean, it’s open kitchen where you can see what they’re doing with your food and you feel like you’re a part of the action. Can’t stop wondering but for reviewer Ivette R, how did you find a table in China Star and who won’t give up a cockroach for crying out loud.
