Chick-fil-A

Been trying to place an order for over an hour by calling and then texting. This process your voicemail recommended is NOT working. I downloaded your app and tried to place a catering order online — but it won’t let me modify the time any earlier than 3:15pm for a breakfast item… Frustrated. All we want so some chicken minis. Guess we will eat somewhere else.

I went here last Tuesday at lunch time. While the food was fine, the service I received from the cashier was downright rude. Let me make this very clear. I come to Chick Fil A not because I think their chicken is so good. It is. However, I come here because I have little people. I came with an infant in a stroller and a toddler on my hip. Usually they are so helpful. I love that they bring the food to the table and have someone walking around to get you anything you need. That is ideal when you bring the kids without another adult. I always ask if «someone» can bring me a high chair to the table. I have to push a stroller with one hand and use the other to either carry or hold the hand of a toddler. Plus I’m holding the drinks I was just handed. Today the cashier tells me «they’re right over there». I ask again and explain that I have two kids with me. in case she didn’t notice the 3 month old in the stroller that I can’t leave alone to get this high chair. She again lets me know that they are just right by the tables. After staring at her for about 10 seconds in disbelief she lets out an audible sigh and rolls her eyes then stalks over to get me one with attitude that I have never seen from any Chick Fil A employee anywhere. Now I didn’t ask if she could get me a stroller, I asked if someone could. The cashiers never actually do it themselves. They always ask someone else to. This is not a cheap place either. It can easily get to $ 20 – 25 for two adults and a two year old so I expect better from them than this. They also have made the news lately because they will be testing out a mom valet system where you order in the drive thru and then let them know how many high chairs you need so they have you set up when you walk in. They obviously know the difficulty in mom’s coming here. This employee just doesn’t care.

Warning. This place gets pretty busy but the service is pretty fast. If you come in as a group and its busy. You might have to wait or start bringing tables together to sit with everyone. The staff people will quickly clean up once the person leaves. They keep it clean here. Staff people are nice and the atmosphere is nice as well.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a chick-​fil-​a. This one is a big spacious store in university dr. Very clean, all employees were attentive and seem to get along. I got a chargrilled chicken sandwich and a chicken noodle soup. Not the best I’ve had on either count, but it was good. I wouldn’t drive out of my way here, but if I’m in the area. There are other places with better grilled chicken sanwiches.

I was here twice today. Both times was served in the drive-​thru. I highly recommend Chick fil-A’s NEW Yogurt Parfait with Granola. This particular granola concoction is really delicious as it has some Golden Raisins in it. This makes a good, healthy breakfast option. Sold!

Simply amazing location, very clean and friendly service. Not to mention the food is outstanding. The staff seems to be really well connected to regulars. I will definitely be coming back! Whatever the management is doing they need to keep it up!

Ok. Just as an experiment to the detriment of my life and the relentless nagging of my children to go here on Saturday. It looks like they have staffed up the dining room to handle the crowds and situations. This was the first time ever in 50+ visits that the dining staff approached us to see if we wanted drink refills. She is from either Ukraine or Poland based on her accent (who cares but I cant see the badge) blonde. Middle age and amazing. Went above and beyond to help us and got a bendy straw for my daughter.
Did not know they had. Our food was perfect. As was the Diet Leomonade. My go to drink (other posts)

So, I’m not too sure what to give this place. I wanted to try chick –fil-​A because I was in another state and wanted something they don’t have where I live & my daughter was dying to try it.
The pros
Good, fresh fast food — took a little long but I guess cause it’s cooked to order. I prefer that rather than places that have tmr food sitting in holding cabinets

Too many kids running around. I don’t know if it’s just this location, because they have a playroom. But kids running around the place barefoot. Every table had kids screaming and out of their seats.

This place is always busy. I always get a milkshake here when I’m craving. Got a vanilla milkshake and a nugget meal. Chicken is always seasoned and cooked well and the milkshake was delicious. Place was clean and service was quick. The drive thru also has the attemdant outside to take your order when they get busy which is what Boynton does as well. It’s a great system so the wait isn’t terrible.

Who doesn’t love Chick-​Fil-​A?! I have no complaints about this place; clean, staff are always friendly, and best of all, if your food is not ready, they will come to your table and deliver it to you there:) Love that they have an indoor play area that my son can go to and I can sit at a booth and watch him play!
I love the lemonade; so delish and if you really want try it with the sweet tea mixed together-​amazing! I always get the chicken sandwich but this time I tried the Greek yogurt parfait and it was pretty good. Only downfall was that it was super tiny! I wish it came in a larger cup! :p Overall great experience as always :)

Not a big fan of fast food since something always ends up wrong but coming to Chick-​fil-​a I think change my perspective. Staff was nice way better than the workers at McDonald’s food taste much better then it seems. Staff is really nice making sure everything was prepared correctly making me want to come me back. The fast food chain was defiantly on top of their job.

I went through the drive through, and the staff was very friendly and proper (which I think is a job requirement to work at Chick Fil-​A. I got the spicy chicken sandwhich, which is my favorite but it truly is spicy (pepper jack cheese and spicy crusted chicken).

They handle long lines very well! Always courteous staff with friendly smiles. Plus I love the fruit punch mixed with lemonade!

I don’t understand how this location has such a high rating…
I’ve been here 4x over the past year and a half, I get the same thing every time, from every chik-​fil-​a that I go to… The 8 count meal. The chicken here is ALWAYS undercooked and rubbery. The service is awful, the teenagers that work here have no manners and are completely rude. All chick-​fil-​a restaurants are great, EXCEPT this one. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There’s another one on commercial boulevard west.

I love this Chick Fila. My only two gripes are the parking and the annoying female Spanish manager that works mornings. She sounds like a barking chihuahua barking out orders to the kitchen staff. I think it’s highly unprofessional and annoying that you can hear her clear across the other side of the restaurant. I don’t know if the restaurant manager knows how annoying she is. I can’t have a decent breakfast without hearing her annoying voice.

This review is mainly for drive thru. Its like Chick Fil a made itself into this big phenom so like most stores, this one has hella long car lines pretty much all times of day and night. I asked why have live servers outside and I was told it makes service much much faster than the speaker box ordering.
You can’t beat the value, especially for kids meals. Not many places left you can feed a family of four for around $ 20 bucks a pretty decent feel good chicken meal.

Tasty chicken sandwiches, friendly staff and quick drive-​through. If you eat inside, it’s clean and overall it’s a great fast food spot. I’ll stop here over McDonalds any day!

One of my favorite Chic Fil-​A restaurants. Maybe it’s my favorite because it’s the closest to my house. Any fan of this Resturant chain understand why it’s the #1 chicken Resturant chain in the country. In usual fashion of this Resturant chain the customer service is speaks for itself from the time you walk through the door. Certainly not your usual fast food customer service. The food of course is excellent one of my favorites being the chicken salad sandwich with the chicken tortilla soup lemonade no ice. Usually my reviews are longer but there is not much to say about this place how good it is speak for itself.

Good food and a good deal. You just can’t beat chick fillet for a chicken sandwich. The prices are fair, the staff is very friendly and the calories for each meal are posted not be main menu. The place was a little busy tonight and there’s always a few kids running around screaming, but they have a drive thru if that bothers you. Had a chicken sandwich tonight at just under 400 calories and skipped the usual big Saturday night out. I was happy and my son was happy and we were in and out in 20 min. I’ll come back for good food and a fair deal. I just wish they weren’t closed on Sundays.
