I visited Tourneau in CG to buy a watch for my husband’s birthday. I wanted the male version of a watch I own and showed mine to the sales person. Well she gave and sold me a female watch. My husband of course immediately realized the error, we double checked online and went back to Tourneau CG to exchange. The same representative would not admit her mistake even though we had the manufacturer webpage as a proof. Also the watch had the clasp and other features specific to women’s watches. The representative kept insisting that it was my fault and I had options while in reality she never showed me other options. Even though very disappointed by the customer service, we were ready to exchange for the «real» male version when she tried to charge us $ 100 above the price difference! I asked for an explanation and her response was «you don’t understand». There were other sales person in the store and no one came to apologize or tried to help. We finally asked for a full refund and will buy the watch at another location.
