Ever felt like you are being watched and not in a good way? This happens every time you set foot at this location.
After remodeled the staff thinks they own Merrick Park and people are at their service instead of it being the other way around.
Arrived at the store and wasn’t even greeted but followed until the moment I left.
I was made to feel very uncomfortable and decided not to even waste my time asking for help on the items I wanted to purchase.
I rather drive further to the Bal Harbor location or the Gucci inside Neiman.
Very disappointed with the customer service
