I shop here because I like keeping my money in Copperas Cove. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I never have to ask for assistance the staff is always right there asking you how they can help.
The only drawbacks are: the traditional hours (closed before dark) and the parking lot is small and can fill up quickly.

Decent yes… as long as you can actually find what you are looking for. I shop here because I refuse to give my money to Home Depot or Lowes… they scare me. But… the people that work here really aren’t very nice. When you have to ask for help… they act like it is a burden for them do do their jobs… I mean… aren’t they getting paid? I know it’s not the most glamorous of jobs… but is it really that difficult to put a smile on your face and help your customers? I mean… the stuff is a bit more costly than Home Depot… so you’d think the people would get paid a little more.

This place is decent. I wish it had a more «local hardware store» feel — like the Ace Hardwares here in San Francisco. More housewares alongside the building supplies. Until then it’s merely a building supply store to me. And on top of that the sales associates aren’t even that friendly, just average…
