The team at Holden’s have come out twice over the past few months. I’m not happy I needed their devices but I’m very happy with the service they provided. Both times they explained what was needed and why I needed it as well as the costs. It really did feel like a friend who was giving me advice.

These guys really do awesome work and area pleasure to work with. They just finished replacing our sewer line from house to street, new connections, the works. No complaints. This makes the 3rd job they have done for us. Highly recommend.

After calling numerous plumbers that wanted to charge an arm and a leg to fix a leak that had been made worse by another contractor, we tried Holden and were very pleased. Other plumbers couldn’t even give us time and date as to when they can come out to look at the leak, let alone fix it. Holden, got someone out right away and they fixed it in less price than others who were quoting even higher price just to come out and see how much it may really cost. The plumber sent was professional and advised us about the coupon that we can print from their website, helping us get this item done in reasonable, expected price than the arm and a leg that everyone else wanted to charge and not even commit to fixing anything.
We’ll be using Holden as our plumbers in the future due to this experience as I am sure plumbing services will be needed from time to time.

This is an update to my earlier review. Becky from Holden Plumbing has contacted me in response to my review on Unilocal.I felt that she was genuinely interested in finding out what could have been done better to improve my experience with their company. Without me asking, she offered to refund the $ 99 service charge.

I had Holden come out to fix my shower (hot/​cold control did not work) and so far it appears they have done a good job. The plumber had to leave for an hour to get parts when the ones he had in the van did not work, but in all it took under 2 hours. Price was a bit steep compared to quotes from other companies (Holden charges a $ 59 service call fee), although they have a coupon on their web site which knocks off $ 50, making it more reasonable. The guy did show up on time which is more than I can say for the last company I tried, and overall I would recommend them for people in the Carrollton/​FB/​Addison area.
