Over Christmas break I took my laptop to be wiped and restored, I was told it would work just like it did when i took it out the box and I admit it did. When I was told a virus was on my computer the technician offered some anti-virus for a few dollars cheaper than I’d buy in stores, so I agreed to do this. So when it was time for me to pick up the laptop I paid for my laptop to be restored as well as the anti-virus, in which I only received a trial version. when asked about the full product I was told that I would be emailed the invoice for the services as well as the product key for a years worth of anti-virus. Long story made Short, i never received that invoice nor that product key, when i called DAILY, i was given the same excuse, until the number all the sudden became disconnected. This led to me paying for my own anti-virus, AGAIN, even though I wrote a check to «Gutierrez Computer Inc», that cleared, for a years subscription of anti-virus… I WASCHEATED… i won’t be doing business with them again!
