Stayed here to be close to a government agency HQ where I had meetings. Check in was prompt and the staff was courteous and professional. For rewards members you can choose to not have serviced for a day and receive 250 points. I did not agree to this, but my room still went without serviced the day. Minor, since I was alone and there enough coffee for the next day. But come on Marriott, 250 points? I can get that filling up my car. This place needs training for its staff. While everyone was very nice and maintained a professional appearance, some of them seemed a little over their head for Courtyard. This is not their fault, this is a management/training problem. Most of the time at a Courtyard Bistro for dinner you have frequent Courtyard customers, many know the menu already, and just need a convenient meal so they can get some work done in their room before catching some shuteye. For this reason the service in the Bistro needs to be really good. With the willing and friendly staff better trained, and better communication between the front desk and housekeeping about the coupons, this place could get a few more stars.

Came in late last night needing a place to lay our heads during our road trip. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. The front desk was very nice and check-in was quick and painless. The room was great! Clean and very roomy(of course we had a handicap room). The bed was just what we needed after a long day’s travel. SO comfy in fact it was hard to get out of it in the morning! Check-out was just as painless and the staff again was great.

After my room was given away at the Hawthorn for the second time in two years, I ended up with no room thousands of miles from home. I frantically began calling hotels and the gentleman at the front desk immediately offered to help. He not only found us a room at the last minute, but he was beyond courteous and understanding. We had been traveling all day and after the drama over at the Hawthorn, we were relieved to be treated with respect and compassion. Our room at the Courtyard was not only bigger but it was extremely clean and modern. The staff has been so kind and the rooms have truly surpassed my expectations. As a frequent visitor of the Georgia International Horse Park, I will continue to book my stays at the Courtyard. I highly recommend this hotel!

I got a king suite upgrade to 224. The room was nice and I’d stay there again. The staff was very friendly and quick. The building is new and close to shopping and food. It was well lit and plenty of parking. I did love the size of room. Although it was right by the elevator, I couldn’t notice any noise. The keys are RFID which is always a nice thing to have when your hands are full. You won’t see this layout in another Courtyard. There are a few cons like there was no window in the living room and only one light on a switch with lots of lamps. The ac is right by the bed which would bother in the summer. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were some strays and the shower floor has black marks which isn’t good when the property is new. The location didn’t pull up in GPS. However, just put in the address for the Home Depot or Wal-Mart right behind it and you’ll be fine. This was not a hard to get into spot.
