I called and set up an appointment with Dave to have him come look at our property and give us a quote. A few days before our appointment he emailed me asking me for a price budget. I told him I’d rather him look at our property, as I was the one requesting a quote. The day of my appointment he emailed me again and this time he canceled our appointment stating that I did not give him my price. He was very unprofessional. I emailed the owners and had not heard back either. Terrible customer service… I’d rather have a friendlier company work on our pool. Seemed very strange that I am requesting a quote and he is demanding a # from me.
