Lupe Martinez – State Farm Insurance Agent

One of the worst agencies ever and customer service — I encountered with other state farm offices and agencies and never had such a bad communication and fall outs with their staff. They seem to only speak Spanish and most of their staff’s English is not good enough to communicate with clients, when I ask them questions they cannot answer anything about policies or payment history. When I write e-​mails to staff they do not even respond. When I ask for quotes I have to wait for days just to get an answer and they never acted fast enough I had to call other agencies to get things done before closing. I had existing policies with them that CANCELLED and they didn’t notify me and they could NOT even explain why policy was cancelled or if they got a payment from mortgage company. When I call, I keep getting transferred to different persons which none of them could help me, I am so over it, never going back there.
