Applebee’s

Manager refused my friend service, because he didn’t look like his ID picture. That is ridiculous.

guess you could call me a regular here… but last night was horrible. Our normal server was busy and we could clearly see that, so we sat with someone else. I don’t remember her name but she was tall, brown hair, and tattoos. And she was awful. No personality what so ever! Normally our dinners here are fantastic! The servers are generally very friendly and welcoming. We normally go on Tuesday for kids eat free night, but since it was just me and husband we thought we would try a date night. It was a huge mistake! We will definitely make sure to ask for Trent, Jo, or Rhianna (think i spelled that wrong) next time!

First time here. Service was decent. We really enjoyed our meal. We had the steak dinner with baked potato and onion rings as the appetizer. Everything was really good. Will return for sure.

Horrible service! The waitress came right out and took our order, then we waited and waited while we watched our waitress talk with a friend at the bar. The bartender finally brought my food out while my husband waited on his salad. And waited and waited. The salad was incredibly small. Had to ask for the check. When we wee walking out we saw our waitress at a table up coloring a color sheet! Never go back there !

My husband and I went here Saturday for a quick lunch. We both ordered Burgers and his was okay but I ordered the Mushroom swiss burger which is a $ 12.00 Burger on Saturday and the description on the menu and the picture look NOTHING like what I was served. The Menu clearly states piled high with mushrooms and Swiss. The picture shows mushrooms all over the burger under the patty and on top. We both received our plates and to start with there was no more than a handful of fries there were so crispy I thought I may chip a tooth but onto the burgers. His burger was more like the description but just small. Mine on the other hand was 2 pieces of dry bun. No mayo or the sauce that the menu says comes with the burger. The meat was there and cooked appropriately with a thin piece of cheese. When they brought it I asked where the mushrooms were and the waitress said under the cheese. I looked and there were mushrooms. Four mushrooms to be exact. This was most definitely not the burger pictured or anythi8ng worth $ 12.00. I loaded a picture of this meal as well.

Maybe it was just not my day to try and eat out! After having a terrible experience at chilis down the road we decided to go to Applebees again we were sat in the bar and after about 8 minutes and watching people walk back and forth waiting on people finally a gentleman by the name of Adam asked if we had been waiting on informed him that no we had not at that time he said he would gladly take care of us he took our drink orders and our food order at the same time. Shortly thereafter he brings our drinks and took to go cups and informed us that they had no clean glasses at this time, Wow 8 minutes and then no cups I was already in a pissy mood and then after about 5 minutes Adam comes back with some phenomenal news informed in this time that what I ordered for dinner they did not have available and I asked for him to give me a couple minutes and I would reach use but the next thing you know never received a menu to look at again and then everyone else’s food came and that is win they wanted to know what I wanted to eat. At that time I had been so frustrated I decided that that I would just Pass everyone else really enjoyed their food said it was delicious Adam did show back up to ask how was their food and drop off the ticket left a 20 percent tip and headed out. As I said in the beginning maybe just wasn’t my day to want to eat out normally this place is awesome and I will come back again because this is not the norm but I posted this today because this is the service that I received today next time I come in post again I hope better marks PS if you look at my other reviews I am NOT a negative person but I do eat out a lot and I am rough on the restaurant industry because in my mind it is simple no matter how the food comes out of the kitchen at least wait on me be attentive don’t be rude and treat me like the customer that is going to be paying you a tip which is reflective on the service that I received from you and if the food is not ripe that is on the kitchen

This will surprise my family and friends, but I actually starting to like Applebee’s. The menu has been redone, and honestly you get straight forward food at a very reasonable price. Adam is one of the best and attentive bartenders around. Try the Turkey Stacker with chips with no alterations. Trust me. I was shocked! Will be coming back.

Went here today for lunch and we were both impressed. Our food was served quicker than expected for a lunch hour and they were busy. The food was served piping hot and very flavorful. Our waitress could not have been any better.
Based on our experience today, we will surely go back and try something else next time.

Service stunk to be nice. Chips and queso was good. Waiter passed 5 times while both drinks were empty finally had to call him over. Adults food came out 5 minutes before kids food. Adult food was ok, wife’s rice was cool, burger was dry and was missing mayo, the only thing I told him I wanted. When daughters pizza came out it was cool and was not good. Like most kids she loves pizza and wouldn’t eat it at all. She shared my burger and fries. Waited for a last fill up for 10 minutes. We dropped in for a quick lunch and after hour plus left rather aggravated. Waiter after seeing daughter didn’t eat but a bite of pizza did comp it. That is only reason he received a tip at all. I haven’t stiffed anyone in over 5 years but he came close. Good luck if you choose to eat here.

Great staff here — Not a single complaint.
