We had Canella’s install new units in our house 3 years ago. This weekend the upstairs unit failed so we called them Monday morning. within 4 hours a tech was here and discovered a major leak. He said that unit would have to be turned off but brought over a portable unit to cool the master bedroom and bath. Later that evening Craig Canella called to say that they were putting in a whole new unit in and would be at out house the next morning. At 9:30 Seth Canella showed up and installed the new unit, totally tested the system, cleaned up everything, took portable unit back and we had cool air that afternoon. I strongly recommend Canellas for your HVAC needs. They are honest, knowledgeable and care about long term relationships.
