I took the on-​line LIVE instruction where you can both hear and see the instructor. It was awesome. There were three parts to the workshop. Part One was 3 Days for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt — then you do independent self paced stuff with a mentor.
I learned so much the first day I just wanted to go home and play with my new toys. They give a lot of stuff away in the class and you don’t have to get through the whole program to use the tools. Lean Six Sigma is a great program anyway– much better than the Six Sigma straight stuff that I learned 10 years ago. The instructor cares,
