I have been to this watch repair shop several times for watch batteries and to have a band repaired. Honest, reasonably priced, fast, and friendly. I was especially happy that they were able to repair my watch band instead of buying a new one!

Battery replaced on my Tag Heuer while I wait, $ 10. Replacement at Bailey Banks & Biddle, 3 days and $ 60.

A watch repair place that can’t tell time, define irony. Why is it i come here at 11am every day and sit here until about 1130am and no one ever comes, the sign says they open at 11am why can’t a watch repair place be on time. In the mean time I have no watch to tell time, I have to use the sun like a cave man to tell what time it is. I look stupid when someone asks me what time it is and i have to use a stick and the sun to give a somewhere accurate response. I feel like this company is saying F U to their customers. I’m going to the police and demanding concord gives us a new watch repair place immediately!

Great place to take your watch for a quick and easy repair. I took two watches to get batteries replaced and it took about 10min. About $ 21 total. Woman who owns the shop is nice and courteous, and she knows her watches…

I just came back from this place to get new batteries for my Michael Kors watch, and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable and fast the process was! Only $ 11 and some change, including tax.
The shop owner was a very professional and kind woman. I wanted to tip her, she was THAT good. I’m glad they have such good reviews; they deserve it. :)

New to the area and found Zekco here on Unilocal.
Stopped in to have the bracelet on my new Omega Seamaster fitted. She fitted it perfectly in two minutes for $ 10. Piece of cake!
I have a collection of several watches and inquired about watch servicing. While she does not have the equipment required to pressure-​test ‘dive’ watches on site, she is skilled to service all other types of watches. I shall return! ;-)

We moved back into the area and love that we are closer to this place. Fair prices, owner is so sweet and kind. Also very honest and thankful for her expertise and guidance with trying to purchase a watch. Fast and helpful, never disappointed.

Showed up at 11am to pick up my watch, not open, waited until 1140 for her to actually arrive. UPS lady next door says this lady never opens on time, usually afternoon, supposed to open at 11!!! Then, she charged me $ 40 fir the repair even though she quoted $ 20 – 30 and made me wait 40 minutes to open… buyer beware. She lost at least 3 customers while I waited, and she had lost me. Make your own decision. Repair seems ok so far, so she gets an extra star for that

Yet another great experience through Unilocal.I just moved up to the bay area, and while getting ready for a dive trip the clasp on my dive computer watch band popped off and left for another universe. Not really knowing where to go up here, I looked it up on Unilocal,found Zekco, and dropped by that afternoon.
They repaired the band in 2 minutes, and didn’t even charge me. Zekco is as good as it gets.

I’ve tried to go by here twice and both times they were closed during normal business hours. The 2nd time, I called and left a message asking them to let me know if they were still in business. No returned call. I am not going to try any harder to give someone my business.

The shop is right next to Round Table Pizza in the Kmart and Luckys’ plaza. I had my watch battery replaced for less than $ 10 and my husband’s watch resized also for $ 10. The lady was very nice and helpful. If we need to get batteries replaced we would definitely come back to this shop due to the great pricing and convenience vs. going to the mall and dealing with parking and paying $ 15 – 20 for the same service.

I found this place years ago while eating at Round Table Pizza next door. We strolled in to check our the selection and pricing of new watches and repairs. The owner Prabha is always friendly, knowledgeable and giives great advice on new selections and repairs.
Fantastic service, quick repairs and great pricing. I highly recommend Zekco Watch & Repair!

We used to go Sun Valley mall, Macy’s to change our watch battery, but their attempt to charge us $ 40.00 was outrageous. They said that the $ 40.00 was because of the small lady’s watch plus they needed to clean it. I read Zekco reviews and decided to give them a try. I was very pleased with Zekco service and the price was only $ 10.00.

The place is tucked in a Small strip mall near Kmart and Lucky’s. The place has been here for a long time and I usually have my watch battery swapped out. I am not Mechanically inclined, and switching a Watch Battery will not be an easy task for me. I was in the neighborhood and I saw that this place was still open. The place is owned by a nice lady who is very friendly. The Watch Battery was switched super quick, and I was out on time. I will definitely be back again. The price was $ 9.23 and they do take C/c’s. The place fixes Wall Clocks and also sells Seiko and many other Watches.
