Vue Concord

I wanted to rent a 2 bed apartment here. We’ve visited and the next day we wanted to confirm. However that one was not available. Couple of days later I saw a post on Craigslist about another 2 bed for the same price. We contacted them, but after talking for a while the lady in the management told us that the rent is actually $ 100 more than the posting in Craigslist and gave some weird market value reason. Ok, we decided to go ahead anyway although we were bit pissed. We applied and got approved. However, after a couple of days she told us the apartment is actually 1 Bed !!! This is after the credit approval etc.
Pretty surprising. First they increase the rent for no reason (even when the posting was saying different) and then they say even that one is not true. Pretty surprising and unprofessional !!!

As we have lived here longer it has gotten better and better! Ashly and the whole maintenance crew are seriously on it. Any issue, they will work with you on. I haven’t had anything come up for a long while either which is great! They have totally gotten rid of the roach problems, I think due to gutting each apartment and being diligent with the baiting for months. I haven’t seen one for a few months now! It’s also almost done with the remodel, and everything looks great. Most of what is left is the parking lot and painting. Overall, I am very happy with living here with my husband and kids!
