I came to have early dinner here today with my daughter-in-law and my granddaughter primarily because of their good Unilocal reviews. I had the beet burger and I was really disappointed! For $ 12 it’s not worth it at all! This veggie burger was over seasoned and it tasted weird to me. The turkey sandwich my granddaughter ordered came in 2 big pieces but it tasted just like any regular turkey sandwich, nothing special, so was her mom’s order. Even worst part of our meal was their fresh juices, too expensive for just a regular size — $ 9.25 each! But even that they didn’t taste good at all! We ordered watermelon juice and kale mixed drink which was undrinkable! I was just embarrassed to return it I ended up throwing it away! Service was not friendly either! What a waste of money! That would be our first and last visit!

Absolutely love this place. Very good food that you can feel good about! There’s something for everyone. I love the pucker up drink and their gem wraps. Great service!

When I first saw this place, I was very excited to find a vegan restaurant. My boyfriend and I came here to get a nice salad. I had the salmon salad, and he had a «make it yourself» salad. I don’t even know where to start with how horrible this place is. The disgusting sticky tables or the fact that we couldn’t even finish our food. The salmon on my salad was IN-EDABLE!!! The absolute worst salmon I have had in my life! I later got sick because of it. It was very«fishy»(not fresh), and it was quite undercooked. The best part of our salad was the garnish of watermelon that came with it. The woman taking our order was very disinterested, and the woman making our food seemed to sigh every 5 – 10 seconds.

I went in there for lunch. And i got the raw wrap… OMG… They ripped me off. First off, for some reason it took a while to get my food… Ob well… I had time. No big deal. But i took my food to go and when i got home i noticed i had gotten charged $ 13.50 including tip for a tiny thing smaller than my hand… I got charged that much. For a few leaves… Good thing i was home because other wise i would still be hungry. I know they are not usually that small based on the pics of other Unilocalers… Im so disappointed. I try to support local vegan place but thats a rip off :(

It’s really great when you discover a treasure that you’ve walked by many times. How did miss The Lettuce Inn? We enjoyed a guilt free lunch! Quinoa salad, a Turkey Salad, and«The Green Beast» juice! Everything was super fresh and super good. Alicia — the owner of the Juicing Revalation, made our juice fresh. Our six year old loved it — as a matter of fact she chose it! The salad was perfectly prepared and just enough of a portion. My husband wanted his bread grilled for the turkey sandwich and that was NOPROBLEM. This woman/minority owned business features really welcoming, attentive staff. You can tell their hearts are in it. And,(no offense intended) in the middle of a region that is predominately caucasion, I have to say Lettuce Inn(Let-us In!) is an incredible choice for a name! We will be back for sure!

Favorite lunch spot of all. good for vegans, vegetarians, raw, anti-inflammatory, and meat eaters! I’ve had the vegan taco and the veggie sandwich, both mind blowing. Blood juice is incredible too. Service is fantastic. It really doesn’t get any better.

Really overpriced. Their juices are good but really expensive $ 9.25 for a juice? Their salads are pretty tasty but they are inconsistent, one time they forgot avocado another they forgot to add the dressing, for $ 10 for a salad I would expect to get all the ingredients.

OMG! The Vegan Taco Salad is the bomb and I can’t stop talking about it! I was hesitant at first as I don’t like any non meat substitutes. This salad made my day as I’m on a course to being a vegetarian! The fresh juices are amazing as I had one with hemp, various omegas and some great green veggies! I feel just amazing as the food! In addition the are very courteous and very friendly! Can’t wait to come back.

After a solo hike on Mitchell Canyon road, I was interested in getting something fresh. Something with veggies that would somehow align with the nature I got to experience on my hike. I remembered that I had this place bookmarked because it had vegan items, raw stuff, and mostly a vegetable menu. Driving into one of my favorite areas in Concord — Todos Santos, I excitedly made my way to The Lettuce Inn which was in-between Tower Grille and Baskin’ Robbins. At around noon on a Wednesday, parking isn’t horrendous. In fact, it’s easy. There’s no big event like Off the Grid or the farmer’s market happening too so that helps. It’s such a cute little establishment. Each table had their own small vase of flowers. The people who work here are endearing too. I love when I’m greeted upon arrival with smiles and how are yous. It really sets the scene for the store I’m in. Most of the time, when I’m welcomed by an employee my experience of the restaurant is better. Remarkable menu! The different salads looked refreshing. The sandwiches were calling me. The fact that everything here is so fresh, that they use a lot of vegetables, and that meat/fish were only on a few of the items really promoted the ideas of the restaurant. I was impressed. The prices weren’t too bad either especially with how big the portions were. The prices ranged from $ 5 to $ 16 bucks. I couldn’t go all out and grab the salmon sandwich so I settled for the middle ground and asked for the turkey sandwich and had it made into a spinach wrap instead of the regular bread. The wrap itself looked between perhasp 6 to 7 inches long. There was turkey, mayo, mustard lettuce, red onions, cucumbers, and it was all wrapped up with a spinach tortilla. This included a slice of watermelon and a side salad. I chose to have the salad with no dressing. The salad had spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, cabbage, onions, cucumbers and so much more. BUENO. The salad was so fresh. It felt like it had just come from the ground. I didn’t even need any dressing. The differing flavors of each vegetable, the difference in texture and color more than made up for the requested lack of dressing. The turkey wrap was fantastic. The turkey didn’t taste dry nor did it feel like it wasn’t overcooked. The mayo and the mustard combined well with the veggies. The coolness of the wrap was very pleasing to my mouth. Every bite of what I had was amazing. They made plates that are healthy be creative and fun and just good to have in one’s stomach. What a place! I’m already planning the next time I will visit here.

This place is amazing I’m vegan and also allergic to dairy. This place has so many vegan options and they are also very healthy for you. I can not even explain how mouth watering the food at this place is. Not only that the owner is a doll. She is so kind and generous and even remembered my name after only meeting me one time. My only problem is I want to go there for lunch every day. Every time I go there the food gets better and better.

I was at the mall & when I left it was lunch time. I hopped onto Unilocal to see if there were any vegan places around & this placed came up with pretty good reviews. It’s a Cute little hole in the wall in a nice location. Staff seemed very lovely as I walked in & the cashier was ready to help me. I skimmed through their menu & it seemed to have a good selection, I ordered the Vegan taco salad; it was presented very well and it had lots of good flavors throughout. With tax it was about $ 13, but it was a nice sized meal. I will definitely be returning to try out the other vegan items on the menu!

I stopped by this restaurant today, after a quick stop at the Farmers’ Market across the street. I’ve been wanting to try it for sometime, today was the day. There was a woman standing outside handing out fresh cucumber juice, it was a little bitter, but it wasn’t bad it was refreshing! I ordered the Vegan Curry Lentil soup, it was a little on the bland side for me, but thankfully, I was given a bottle of salt to season to my taste. The Vegan Lentil Curry Soup was really good, especially on a cold day like today! And it was really hearty, another plus for a cold wintery day. Parking wasn’t a problem for me, but it was the middle of the day. The restaurant is to the left of Baskin Robbins in downtown concord and right across Salvio street from Todos Santos. There are a few tables and chairs inside, and there is a nice patio out front. I thought the soup was affordable, especially when it’s filled with fresh organic non-gmo veggies! :) I was looking forward to trying this place, the food was good, but the customer service was only ok, not friendly or welcoming. I personally, think more could be done with the inner décor it was a little boring and bland, but then you’re not there to look at artwork on walls, however, it could use some sprucing up. There was a shelving unit, with the sign Farmers’ Market on it, that held some handcrafted products, I didn’t pay too much attention to the products on the shelves, I saw some soy based candles. I like the fact they serve healthy, vegan, gluten free, non-gmo foods, they take pride in being healthy and providing a healthy menu of food items. If you’re looking for a new restaurant that serves up healthy eats in the city of Concord, I’d suggest trying this place.

Automatically gave them 1 star, because of their name. So punny. Food: I ordered the Turkey Panini and didn’t want the carbs, so I asked for it to be a collard wrap, but they weren’t able to make it that way. However, the nice woman that took my order told me I could opt for an interesting replacement to the wrap which ended up being a bbq flavored veggie leather wrap. Although tasty and I enjoyed the experience, I probably wouldn’t get it again. It was too salty for me. The ingredients in the wrap were super fresh and delicious: turkey, mayo, provolone, jalapenos, tomato, pepperoncini, and their house dressing. Super filling and flavorful without the guilt. It came with a side salad which was okay, but drenched in dressing. I couldn’t really eat it, because of the dressing. What I love about this place is the wide-selection of healthy items on the menu. Clearly, Lettuce Inn is all about health, but they actually have a solid selection of items that sound absolutely delicious. Tons of superfood included in their soups, salads, smoothies, wraps, etc. This is a health nut’s paradise! Ambiance: Space is a bit bare, yet has a very homey and cozy feel to it. Price: I paid about $ 10 for my meal, very reasonable considering everything is hand-crafted, fresh and healthy! Service: As I mentioned before, the woman that attended me was just lovely. She was so patient and helpful with me and my complicated order. Great customer service experience! Overall: Great quality and healthy food! I’ll be back soon. If you’re health conscious or have a restricted diet, you will likely be keen of this place.

I tried the Collard Wrap as suggested and was not disappointed. It was fresh and filling. I wish there had been a little more avocado, but that is always my complaint, very rarely is there ever enough anywhere. The balsamic on the side salad was tangy and perfectly balanced the greens. I love celery but it seemed a little out of place in the salad, that is pretty much the only complaint I have. I will definitely be back to try their other stuff. The raw desserts were calling my name as well as the juice!

Lettuce in where do I start? I’m glad there is a restaurant in Downtown Concord. This area is starting to flourish quite a bit and has a lot of diversity when it comes to restaurants. I really like the Raw Vegan concept of the place. The Menu is welcoming, meaning it isn’t intimidating to someone who isn’t necessarily Vegan, Vegetarian or along the lines of a health nut. Here you can indulge in smoothies, fresh squeezed juice, salads, sandwiches and wraps. There menu is a bit large and the menu sort of hard to read, but once you get passed that and actually order the food is quite filling and flavorful. Today I ordered a Turkey Sandwich, no mayo with avocado and sprouts which I would have had on Whole Wheat but was offered a spinach wrap instead which comes with a complimentary side salad. I don’t quite know why eliminating bread gets you a free salad, but I’m all about them veggies and more for my buck. I also ordered a Blood Juice, fresh squeezed beats, ginger, lemon and an ingredient I’ve forgotten. My friend ordered a Tuna Melt on Wheat, both of our meals included seasonal fruit(pineapple) We were instructed to grab our silverware and take a seat. Together our check was $ 20.40. We weren’t waiting long before both our plates and my juice were served. Everything looked great but my wrap didn’t have my avo.(This always happens to me) I stood at the counter for 2 mins before the woman I believe to be the owner came from the back and remade my wrap. I was grateful but unfortunately this time it had mayo. Whatever I’m hungry. All in all everything turned out tasty and I was satisfied. The service here is a little off not sure why this is but the owner seems pretty strict about who handles the money. That’s okay but I don’t want to wait at an empty counter while another employee calls you from the back to take my order. There has to be a better way. Lettuce in for your healthy cravings!

Where can a girl get a decent salad in Fairfield? Nowhere! So, with Tender Greens being too far to justify weekly visits, I was in desperate need to find a go-to salad place somewhere along my commute home. Lo and behold, Lettuce In is located in Concord, right along my usual route home! I ordered online for myself and my husband. When I arrived, I was able to find parking pretty easily in a nearby lot, but I suppose on a busy evening or weekend day, it could be tricky to find something right nearby. I feel like there are constantly cars coming and going from that shopping area though, so it shouldn’t be too bad. I had paid for the order online, so when I arrived, the food was completely ready to go! In and out in less than a minute, it seemed. The two women who were working there seemed very efficient and friendly. The food was delicious. My husband ordered a create-your-own salad, and I ordered the seasonal quinoa salad. Both were very tasty, no complaints whatsoever. Good portion side, good ratio of dressing to lettuce. I had the balsamic dressing, though I’m curious to try some of the others on future visits. The ONLY thing I was disappointed about was the fact that tomatoes weren’t on the list of veggie choices for the create-your-own salads. I’m not sure if that’s just an online thing, and maybe you can add them if you’re ordering in person or on the phone. I will definitely be back!

It’s strange to think that it’s been almost two years since I first stepped foot into Lettuce In, but I think it’s time to check out. On each visit, the quality of food seems to get a little worse. The lettuce in my salad was wilted and old. I brought it back to the counter and the counter girls were unapologetic and not sure of what to do. I just asked if I could get a different salad, and instead I got the same one, but with slightly better greens. The leaf lettuce they used for the tacos was super tiny, more like an endive leaf than a hearty romaine or butter lettuce leaf they usually use as the vessel. When my food arrived, I asked if I could wash my hands in the sink next to the register, and they said no, it was a health code violation. And yet they don’t have a bathroom. Their restroom is outside, around the corner. I found this a little off-putting. I won’t completely knock ‘em, as they have quite a few vegan options, and the avocado on top was perfectly ripe and delicious. I just wish the quality and quantity of the food was equal to the cost. I spent $ 11 on a raw taco plate that basically amounted to a handful of iceberg and romaine with a couple of beans sprinkled on top. I could go to an all-organic spot and get a fresher, more filling lunch for a couple dollars more, or make this at home for a couple of dollars less. Sorry LI. Step up your game! There’s a lot of competition in the Bay Area.

I thought that this restaurant was the sister restaurant of the Lettuce restaurant in downtown Walnut Creek but it doesn’t appear so. That’s ok because this place is equally good for a variety of healthy options of salads, sandos and few wraps. I hear the collard and nori wrap are good. Today for lunch, I opted to eat healthy and got the spinach salad that comes with lots of spinach, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, sliced almonds and the house vinagarrette dressing with a mini slice of watermelon. The salad was refreshing with the fruit and dressing. All of the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The dressing was tasty as well being a bit tangy and did not taste like your usual balsamic vinagarrette dressing. Service was friendly and cheeful. The restaurant is a tad small with a few tables inside and a few outside but overall a great healthy option in Concord for those that don’t want to deal with the hassle of metered parking in downtown W.C.
