We went to this sunway after visiting my grandpa in the icu. With all of our spirits down aracely made our family smile. We came in for sandwiches and left with so much more.

Very disappointed they have been closing the store very early then they’re supposed to. I’ve been trying to call the store more than 3x and no answer. Have you thought of hiring a new manager who closes at the right time? Subway is my favorite place but I’m disappointed everytime. Might have to consider Quiznos instead. :(

Pretty good food, I got the steak, egg, cheese sandwhich on wheat. Mad delicious! I knew they opened at 7 but they didn’t turn on the open sign until 8:20 so I stayed in my car for 10 minutes trying to see if I should go in or not. The sandwich lady was really nice and seems very friendly. I’m an avid subway goer, and I would definitely go here again for them gainzzzzzz.

First of all… In all fairness I love
subway food but the staff is so rude!!! Ok the ladies that work in every location EXCEPT on Clayton road are so rude, indifferent, and act like customers are an in convenience! At this location this morning my husband and I stood there (there were no other customers) while she took several trays of bread out of the oven. Not once did she greet us, smile or acknowledge us at all!!! Rude! Rude! I made sure to get a receipt so I can fill out the survey!

The price is right but the customer service is horrible! Except the guys that work at this location. The ladies are rude and slop your sandwich together, especially when it’s lunch time. I’m paying regular price so they should take their time and make my sandwich in which they would want their ok own!

I normally think this Subway is «okay.» Service isn’t great, but the food is consistent with other locations. Yesterday evening the service was terrible. My daughter and I went in and waited in line. The people before us ordered chicken/​bacon sandwiches. Normally, I’ve seen staff change their gloves between customers, but she did not. Because my daughter and I are vegetarian, I asked very nicely if she could change her gloves and explained that we would be ordering veggie sandwiches. What I got in return was a dirty look, her saying something to her co-​worker and laughing, and then asked me if I order food from other restaurants. The whole experience was so rude and really quite surprising considering we live in the Bay Area and I’m sure we’re not the only vegetarians that have gone to this location.

I’ve gone here numerous times only for the fact that it is close to my work. Every time I go I am always treated terribly. Especially by the short older lady, she gives all the customers a lot of attitude like she doesn’t have time to doing her job or treating the customers well. I’ve worked in customer service and I know it’s not always fun but at least pretend to be nice. I stopped going to that location for a while mainly because of how unpleasant that woman is, I would drive across concord just to be treated with respect while trying to give a company my business.

* Place is generally clean and the sandwiches are good.
* Staff isn’t overly friendly but not rude either — generally nice.
* Plenty of parking at this location.
* Staff doesn’t mind if I hang out for a bit while I eat and work.
* Always a place to sit and eat, even during lunch hour — most people tend to get their sandwiches to go.
I don’t mind if a staff isn’t overly friendly. I just want to get my sandwich and eat, not have a conversation for 10 minutes while they make my sandwich.

a very good subway shop. the bread is always fresh, and the place is pretty clean overall. Of course $ 5 footlong takes the cake, but service is friendly and pretty fast.
just –1 one star for the bathroom that seems to be out of order every time I go there.

Decent subway shop, sure they can be a little abrupt when busy but they bang out the sandwiches quick to order. Place looks clean. One minor complaint is they do not keep chicken breasts warm and just toasting the sandwich is not enough. I ask for the breast to be microwaved before toasting. Otherwise would be 4 stars.

I have always had a great experience at this Subway. It is by far one of the best out of the others. The staff are always quick acknowledge your presence, they try to get your order as close to how you want it. They are very friendly and pay attention to you when it is your turn for service. I am so glad it is near my home and will continue to go here all the time!

Wow! These people are RUDE! Granted, they were busy and it was lunch hour but that is still no excuse to be rude. There were 2 of us ordering 3 sandwiches and they were yelling at us and getting pissy that we were explaining one sandwich at a time and not spitting out condiments to everyone. We actually wanted our sandwiches made right. Then after we waited 10 mins for the cashier to dilly dally around so we could pay and get the heck out of there my «points card» wouldnt slide in the computer and one lady kept instisting I scratched it and they couldnt type in the numbers clearly typed on the back. Im sorry but I just used it at another subway with no problems 2 days prior and it looked brand new (no scratches)! Not to mention thats just rude! Even if I did scratch it, dont argue with me (the customers always right) and just fix it! WTF!
At least the place was clean.

By far the best Subway place I’ve gone to yet. They’ll pile on the the veggies. They’re quick and clean! Seriously what else is there coming from Subway.
