I’ve had several bad experiences coming here so I wouldn’t recommend stopping here. There are some great employees and the are some terrible ones working here. Behind the counter looks like chaos… very messy it seems like they need a housekeeper.

I have been coming to the Concord Blvd. Starbucks on a more regular basis … walk-in, not drive-thru. Things seem to have improved a but since my review of last spring. So am upping the stars to three.

Starbucks is becoming a fail after years of constancy and quality. They have quickly become larger than their ability to manage and provide a consistent quality product, it has become«cheap». The employees are always nice but often times incompetent, when ordering a 16oz drip coffee I am typically told«I don’t think we have that», or I’m handed a 20oz coffee… it says it right on the posted menu 16oz/grande! Sticking with the home brew and small local coffee shops.

Rotten grapes in Thai wrap meal. Replacement box was the same. Employees are very nice though.

I feel like the Starbucks products are the same everywhere you go. One of the many things they do well — consistency. What sets each one apart is the service and location. Service here is hit or miss with new faces every once in awhile. Avoid going to this one before or after the high school class hours down the street. It’s a mad house and tons of traffic. Weekends are MUCH better.

I come in before work twice a week, every week for tea and somewhere to waste time til I actually start work. They get my order right every time, they get my NAME right every time(which is a struggle all on its own since I have a hard name for normal people, let alone Starbucks baristas who have a stereotype conforming way of screwing it up majorly) and they’re really nice! The only reason they get 3.5(3 since there aren’t half stars for reviews) is because of the fact it’s RIGHT next to a high school so from the time I get in, around 6:30, til the time I leave, between 7:30 and 8, the students are in here. Some of them make WAAAYY too much noise, act rowdy, and generally make it a bad environment for anything other than immediately getting your order and leaving. They take over all of the tables and play around. They get by with it because one of them will buy something small or order a water and then all of them just kind of accumulate. I have to blast music through my headphones to drown them out so I can read my book and drink my order in peace. If you want a nice place to drink coffee in peace and maybe chat with a friend, as I’ve seen other people wanting to do, you might just have to go home or brave the elements and sit outside

What has happened to this Starbucks? I used to go here regularly but haven’t been in a few months. I went through the drive thru today and the guy taking the order was laughing and talking to another worker the entire time I was ordering. I just though oh well they are kids but then I got my drink. The cool lime refresher was awful. They put double the amount of mixture in it so it tastes awful. I just wish I would have tried it before I drove away. What happened to the old staff? They were great.

A quiet Starbucks midday with a friendly staff and inciting space. I came here about 3pm and it was perfect to get some work done. Yes, beware the morning rush(like anywhere else!) but otherwise great midweek.

I have been to this location several times. This is the Starbucks I go to when my son stays at the sitter. Today(Thursday, 7÷30÷15) is the second time this location ran out of Vanilla Bean Frap within a month. How is that even possible? Isn’t the Vanilla Bean Frap a common drink people order? Not to mention that the guy who was at the window wasn’t friendly.

In my mind, nothing is more perfect than Starbucks. You always get what you order and it tastes the same every time… with the exception of this Starbucks. This one is horrible 8 times out of 10 they mess up my order. Which I always end up with extra coffee but unfortunately they are not drinkable most of the time. Plus the over flow of children and high schoolers is really annoying. They are loud, obnoxious and pretty much in the way at 7 am when I really just want a latte sans the high pitched screaming.

I used to come to this Starbucks for the good coffee, convenience, and limited human interaction. Recently it seems like I just go for the latter two. The coffee does not seem to be up to Starbucks standards and hasn’t for a good month or two. Every time I go it seems like there’s new employees with even less experience. It used to be nice to see a friendly face and leave with a nice cup of jo. Now there are constant mess ups and I rarely leave happy. I have recently decided to take this Starbucks out of my routine. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed with the service at this Starbucks Dana plaza location. The expresso is very weak, even if you get a triple shot. It tastes like you’re drinking warm milk, yuck! They told me that the expresso formulation has changed and that they’ve been getting a lot of complaints. I recently decided to try a green tea soy latte’ with a little cinnamon mixed in. Even though there were no other customers, they forgot the cinnamon. When I mentioned It to the barista, she just dumped some on top. After I left, I noticed that it was not green tea, because the drink was light brown. It tasted very strange like plain soy milk with a hint of weak coffee in it. It was very irritating because I ended up pouring it down the sink. It was that bad! Thumbs down for this Starbucks. Too bad because I live close by, but I’ll be going to Pete’s in the future. Ken F.

I would give this place 5 stars if they would ever get my drink right when I go through the drive-thru but that rarely happens. Although, they do redeem themselves when I actually go in to the store. However, I am not writing this review for myself based on my experience, but my husband’s. He had a holiday booklet filled out and wanted to use it for a free drink. He accidentally ordered a Venti sized white mocha instead of the grande which is what is for free. So the barista gave him his drink for free anyway even though my husband didn’t read the fine print. I thought this was really nice and deserved a good review.

I’m doing some temp work in this area and am new to this location. Today is my 3rd day and they jacked my order every day. First day I asked for tea with 3 pumps of vanilla. I got it with 0 pumps. I get this at other locations all the time so I know how it should taste. Second day I ordered a kids temp mocha and a cheese danish. I got a cold mocha and a microwaved danish. Today, I asked for a mocha and a danish. I specifically asked them not to warm it up. My mocha was still just luke warm even though I didn’t ask them to alter the temp. Get it together people. It’s coffee, not rocket science. Thank goodness today is my last day on this project and I don’t have to come back.

Very quick and spot on service of the hundreds of Starbucks that I have been too. Made my drink hot in minutes. The place is crazy busy, no parking and the drive through was full.

New staff have been great with customer service and always take care of me and my crew that come through often. The drinks are not always perfect but baristas are always happy to make it right. This is my favorite Starbucks.

Why do I bother? I give up. …this is my Landana Starbucks experience. Whether its a frozen cheese Danish(yeah, I «asked for it that way!»), paying for a tea latte and getting a plain tea, or waiting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes while a late employee stops to chat with her coworker, my service here is almost always poor. And when I’m paying a relatively expensive bill in exchange for my morning commute tools, I expect quality. I say it every single time, but now that this is out there, and the people I’m talking about may very well read this(and I’m sure they know exactly who I am), I am so done. I’m leaving you Starbucks at Landana. You have poor listening skills, and you take advantage of all of us who trust you with our mornings. Shame on you.

Although not the closest Starbucks to me, because of its convenient location along Concord Blvd, I end up going here from time to time. This Starbucks has a drive-through, and is in the small shopping center at Concord Blvd. and Landana Drive, very close to Concord High. There’s a decent amount of indoor seating, mostly wooden tables and seats, with a handful of upholstered chairs. It’s a comfortable, pleasant place to enjoy your coffee of choice. An outdoor seating area is also available for days when the weather is nice, although the view is not much more than watching cars come and go from the 7-Eleven. I have found the staff friendly and efficient, and my orders have been problem free. This Starbucks is a good option for anyone using Concord Blvd to get to/from downtown Concord or 680⁄242.

My hubby and I renamed this place Charbucks. They constantly burn any hot food item I order. Proofs in the picture. Coffee is ok, I always order frappucinos so its not like I’m a coffee purist. Customer service is pretty lackadaisical as some1 else has already posted. I’ve gotten 5 different paper bags instead just a single handle bag. Seriously? But 2 b honest I’ll keep coming back because its drive thru and I’m lazy. Maybe I’ll start hitting up the Peet’s @ Clayton Station.
