Just finished a workout and I was in need of some protein. Came to get a egg sandwich and got delivered to my table my egg sandwich with no egg. And then I experienced pretty bad customer service. Food: I ordered the Ham, Egg, Cheese Power Sandwich with additional avocado and I was delivered a sandwich with no egg. Service: The gentleman who originally delivered my sandwich apologized for the wait and my sandwich wasn’t hot and felt like it was waiting to be delivered for a while. I went to the kitchen area to tell them of the mistake and they added an egg. My receipt says that Accuracy Matters and when I inquired about it with the woman who gave me my sandwich with the egg added(my sandwich, again, was not up to standard in temperature and texture at this point) acknowledged that I could get a treat but then walked away. I went to wait in line holding my plate and the person who was making the coffees saw me but walked away. I was pretty livid at this point and starving. I ate my sandwich and left. I’ve been working in the area for the last 4 months and the service has always been consistently slow and honestly poorly trained. I come here for convenience but my «faster breakfast» option took over 30 minutes(I checked the time stamp on my receipt).

Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. Sarah was very polite and helpful. I enjoyed my 2 for 2, ½ sandwich and broccoli soup.

Love this place. Consistency is what I love. You get what you ask for. I did my first rapid order for dinner last night and it was ready and RIGHT when I came for it. I usually order the salad with apple chips and pecans and they were out of apple chips and I couldn’t even tell because I was able to customize my meal and just added more pecans. I would do rapid order again! Only thing I wish is that my kids’ mac n cheese was a bit more full in the container. They love that stuff.

Panera Bread. If I had money, endless amounts of money, I would almost always go here. I’m just completely in love in a way with what this restaurant has. It’s so welcoming and all encompassing. It just is a homely kind of establishment that really makes you want to keep coming here and spend breakfast, lunch, or dinner here instead of somewhere else. Great hours. Great, great, great hours. 6am-9pm every day except for Saturday. Saturday’s it’s open until 10pm. An absurd amount of seating: long tables, small tables, big booths, small booths, shaded seating outside, unshaded seating outside, and a booth outside. They’ve got a menu that can fill and/or appease almost any sort of craving. Have you seen their bread? Freshly made and gorgeous looking. Don’t get me started on their pastries. The muffins smell so good. The carrot cake is my fav. THEOATMEALCOOKIEISMYJAMAHH. They got fruit, they got coffee, they got pasta, they got salads, they got sandwiches, etc. I’m a big fan of their creamy tomato soup. That’s something I can eat almost every day. I’ve had it several times at this locations whether it was for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It’s great. Sometimes I get a side of chips, of bread, or an apple to go along with it, but most of the time I just get the soup by itself with some pieces of bread or croutons in it. It’s so fresh. The heat of the soup warms your insides. They weren’t kidding when they said the soup would be creamy. It was actually soothing to put my mouth on the soup. The bread was soft and gelled with the soup so well. I am impressed that they didn’t make it too tomato-y and that they didn’t make the soup too salty. It was a wonderful!

So many options from salads and soups to pasta. I can always count on coming here for a laid back and often quiet experience. You can also bring your laptop and take advantage of the free Wifi. I’m giving it 3 stars because although a decent place to eat, I’m a foodie and really like my food to make an impression on me and although the food is good, it is not great.

It’s panera bread, what can I say? Even when it’s busy, my food always seems to come out pretty quick. They need more people cleaning the floor/drink area.

Nice place, decent grub, good customer service. I’ve been coming here on a regular basis for about a year now. My good friend Angie and I often stop by in the late afternoon. I frequently have the steak and cheddar panini with an oatmeal cookie. Yummers. All the folks who have taken our orders have been nice. One young lady in particular, a full-figured Latina with horn-rimmed glasses, was especially pleasant. She also has a rad tattoo of a clock on her forearm, and I normally despise tattoos. The tables in the dining area could stand to be cleaned off a bit more quickly, as patrons sometimes get lazy and don’t clean up after themselves. Beyond that, the Concord Panera is dang sweet.

Coworkers and I ordered lunch online. It was super easy, ready when I chose, and I just had to go in and pick it up. Super convenient. If only they had a takeout parking spot, and someone brought your order out! We all enjoyed our lunches.

Good overall. The broth bowls are great, salads are a little small and lacking fresh ingredients. Coffee is good and pastries are legit. Jared at the Willows shopping center is a great employ. He went out of his way to get me some light roast as the new pot was brewing and had a great attitude. Hopefully his manager will see this and recognize him.

I’m really been take over by Panera, in a good way. So… I stopped by here the other day when I was driving a lady. I knew that I wanted something to eat, just wasn’t sure where I was going to go. This was my first time to this location. Soo… very hard to make a decision… yes. it is true. I see bagels… bagels. bagels…French Toast bagel. sounds good enough to eat… yes. especially when it’s TOASTED… this was a major yums!!! I also the the papaya green tea, which I’m also addicted to completely. So I had the french toast bagel in house, then I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel to go. and what has become one of my favorite item’s at Panera – the carrot cake cupcake with filling in the middle. This was for sure a home run. One thing I notice about Panera bread is that the manager tends to be out on the floor often – serving the meal customers. These places are total chill, and people do work here, eat here(yes they eat here), and just total hang here. Debbi was my server up front, and she rocked it!

It’s a big panera and generally I like the pastries but it’s costly. I’d rather go to trader joes down the street.

Panera deserves a review update and increase in stars. Honestly, I haven’t used them for catering in the last few years so I can’t speak to any improvement there. However, I have popped in a few times for caffeine and/or breakfast and the people working there are always SO nice. Their Mediterranean Egg White breakfast sandwich thing is quite tasty. I’ve enjoyed that at the start of a road trip of two and it’s nice that all of the nutritional information is readily available, as required for a chain of their size. Oh, and a neat thing that I noticed the last time we were there! You can order food from your table and have it delivered there. I imagine that’s nice for folks who are putting in some work hours with their wifi.

I feel a little stupid writing a review for a chain restaurant, but I come here often. I really like the edamame soba noodle bowl, and I hope Panera never stops serving it! This location is a little annoying– in a big shopping center with often inconvenient parking, the restaurant is usually crowded, the tables are pretty crammed together(if it’s a nice day, try to sit outside) there’s always lots of kids, and those people who camp out for hours and hours to use the free wifi, etc, but I’ve been to plenty of worse places. They have an option for online and in-store kiosk ordering if you’re in a hurry, but I don’t ever expect to get in & out very quickly.

Ok, so… I have eaten a Panera Bread before, but never tried the mac and cheese. We originally went to The Willows to try out the new Eureka Burger place, but they open but closed to the public if that makes sense… Anywhoooo, since I knew I would be heading out to happy hour fairly soon I opted for a lite bite which was a small mac n cheese and a piece of their baguette bread. O M G, I mean like, really Panera Bread. I mean really. your mac and cheese was better than some homemade mac n cheese I had in my life and it hit the spot. And the bread which fresher than fresh… I will be back, for more ooooey goooey mac n cheese and some of that fresher than fresh french bread… oui oui 2.5 yumms up yo!

I wasn’t expecting there to be a big difference between the different Panera restaurants. But this one was disappointing. I was a bit surprised that it wasn’t very busy at 5:30ish. Hmmm I had the turkey avocado BLT minus the tomato. My order was taken as soon as I walked in, no waiting. It was only a couple of minutes before my sandwich arrived at my table. So KUDOS for good fast service. However. The sandwich left a lot to be desired. This is how it looked to me: Some mayonnaise was slapped on the bread, a piece of lettuce was thrown on top of that, the turkey was thrown on that. I am pretty sure they just thawed it out, the look was unappealing. There was plenty of avocado but it was just this side of ripe. The bacon??? Was it really bacon, there was no flavor. So yes I was disappointed, it did come with a drink, I had iced tea and a bag of chips came also with the meal. The value wasn’t there for me at $ 11.25.

My favorite salad is back! I like the Strawberry Poppy Salad and Panera’s seems to make it the best(though it’s seasonal). Their services are above average as the employees are friendly and helpful. In the 2 – 3 dozen times I’ve come to Panera Bread, they’ve only gotten my order wrong once. The place is clean even though sometimes they get inundated with customers that are lazy and leave all their dishes on the table instead of self-bussing. I definitely recommend Panera Bread! Here’s something I found out when I went to St. Louis, MO a few years ago. Panera Bread started out in St. Louis as St. Louis Bread. They changed the name to appeal to customers that does not live in the St. Louis area.

Great location with lots of seating. Awesome sandwich and soap selection, along with tasty cookies. Could have enjoyed better music though.

Great place to study, work, or just have a quiet meal. This location is well kept. Extra quick pay kiosks makes it convenient to order. Pick Two is my Go-Two, because you just get enough to be satisfied. My options usually fall on Chicken Caesar Salad and the French Onion Soup.

I was a supervisor for Panera Bread throughout nursing school and know the standards that are expected of the company. I also know that things can get hectic during peak hours. I took pride in working for Panera and enjoyed my experience there. With this being said, there is absolutely NO excuse for what we witnessed today. Randy’s, the manager, customer service skills were atrocious. He did not great us, or even identify himself as a staff member. He had no name tag, and his shirt did not have the Panera logo. He was rude and abrasive and was simply shoving bags of food at people. When someone would ask him where something was, he’d simply point in a direction without looking up at the person or acknowledging them. There were at least 6 tables in the dining area that were not cleaned and had dirty dishes on them, which is why we had to change our order to-go since there was no where to sit. The outside dining area had 3 tables that were in the same condition. The drink area was dirty with wrappers and lemon rinds lying around. The floor in front of the food pick area was sticky, and I heard a supervisor state«Wow, this floor is really sticky», yet in the 15 minutes while we stood there no one came to clean it. I overheard another supervisor speaking in an extremely rude manner with an elderly woman who was confused where to find glasses for water. When we got home and took our food out of the bag, the order was wrong as well. I included photos of the receipt and then photos of the food we were given. I ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo, but was given a Chicken Caesar Salad. I also ordered a Peach Pecan Crunch Muffin that was never received. As I stated earlier, I worked for Panera Bread for four years and know very well standards of the company.

This Panera is either a hit or miss for me. My go-to order? Smoked turkey sandwich with spicy mustard and mayo, crust cut off. And a bag of chips.(But lately, I’ve been venturing out and trying their Pick-Two combo.) Pretty simple, I would think. A majority of my time here is when I am grabbing food for my lunch break. And I find that most of the time I spend here is waiting for my order to come out. The service is slow here. The people that make your food take their sweet time. And it is frustrating to wait for your food and hear them talk about their personal lives during that wait. I don’t want this to be a rant. I try to look at it through the eyes of the employees. But for it to happen several times is unacceptable. Another thing that is unacceptable is messing up my order. I mean, can you imagine the frustration of waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich to find out that it wasn’t made right? Please, Panera. Just cut the crust off. Please. The only reason I keep coming back here is because it is so close to work that I have no other choice but to go here if I am hungry. They are cheap and not fast food. Please fix the problem, Panera. I already left a review on your website. Let’s see some change!
