Chris from NCI is a great guy! He really knows his stuff! He went well above and beyond my expectations to help me recover irreplaceable family photos from a hard drive that had crashed. He even came to my home to take a look at the computer. He was successfully able to transfer all of my old files to an external drive, which he had readily available. He helped with finding a replacement charger for my laptop as well. Chris was knowledgeable, personable, and flexible. He met me at my house outside of his normal business hours just to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. I am forever grateful for my family photos that I may never have recovered without his expertise. If I ever find myself in need of a computer genius, I know exactly who I’m going to!
