It was during a transitional period in my life that I decided to start a positive journey towards better physical health. I was fortunate enough to meet PJ. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer or health coach. He has been one of the most positive influences I have ever encountered when it comes to my physical health. His positive energy and passion for health, fitness and wellness is inspiring. He has a lot of knowledge that he openly shares. He’s always positive and really listens. Even if I was having a bad day, and made a few mistakes, I could come to him and he would always have a solution. I always felt like he was trying to guide me in the right direction, and it was up to me to choose the smarter path. I did find myself making better decisions as time went on. His personal training skills are the best I’ve come across. He pushes you and keeps you motivated, and pays attention to where you may be needing work and adjusts accordingly as you progress. He sets goals and challenges, all the while making it a fun environment. Even if you aren’t a big fan of working out, I know you will have a great experience with him.

Every session with PJ has been a lot of fun while actually making an impact on my overall fitness goals and my daily routine. He is more like a teacher who invests the time in your understanding of the ever so slight adjustments or even basics. I’ve worked with other trainers but PJ’s workout is an experience that sticks with you after the workout– and I actually remember what changes are needed when I’m flying solo.

I started working with PJ to improve my overall fitness and health. PJ is a great trainer who is knowledgeable about many areas of fitness, nutrition, and wellness. He takes time to understand what your wants and needs are, where you are with regard to your personal fitness abilities, and where you want to go with your health and fitness and then designs individualized workout and nutritional programs for you, modifying these plans to meet you where you are at any given point with your health and wellness. He is professional in the way he works with his clients and takes the time to explain things in a manner that is easy to understand. I’ve been working with PJ for about five months now and my experience with him so far has been amazing. I told him my fitness goals when we first started working out and he made a customized workout plan to help me get the results that I wanted. He always responds quickly to my questions about form and nutrition and I’ve seen remarkable progress since I’ve started working out with him. I’ve lost and kept off about fifteen pounds, I’m more flexible, my posture has improved significantly, I have more energy, I’ve made significant gains in my lifts, and my clothes have never fit better! If you’re looking for a personal trainer that genuinely cares about your wellbeing that will help you to become the best version of yourself, look no further! It’s a shame that I can only give him five stars!
