Totally disappointed… Showed up for an 11 AM appointment that I had made the day before. When I arrived every chair was full, there were not enough technicians to take care of the people that were already seated, and she did not even have the common courtesy to tell me that she wouldn’t be able to take me. She just made me wait there! This business does not honor reservations, which means you could end up with a big waste of your time!

Clean, friendly and professional. Lisa and her staff were so wonderful and it was a surprise to see all the additions to a ordinary pedicure that they routinely supply to there customers. Hot paraffin wax for my pedicure and my manicure. Hot stone rub, neck massage, warm towels, home made lemon scrubs for the pedicure and more.
I loved every minute of my relaxation treatments today. I went in with no expectations and came out pleasantly surprised.

what a rip off! my usual concord spot is closed on mondays, but i had my heart set on getting my nails done. i am so disappointed. it took such a long time, and she butchered my nails and then coated them in several layers of polish, that i am sure will smudge soon enough.
when i suggested that i was disappointed, she asked if i wanted her to do it again, and since it’d already been over an hour & a half, i told her i did not have time.
she asked me for $ 35, $ 10 more than ANYWHERE else in the area. i had no spa treatment, and in fact asked only for my nails to be cut, cleaned & painted. $ 35?! outrageous. RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF!
(not to mention the whole time i was there, other employees were selling all of the other customers «extras,» at outrageous costs– of which i clearly said i was not interested in, and then were evasive when directly asked about the pricing.)

Lisa and her staff were very kind and accommodating. A friend and I made appointments for pedicures. The pedicures much were better than many I have had in the area. Paraffin wax, hot stone massage, and home made lemon scrub!

From the outside, this small salon does not have an impressive storefront. I was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding Mani pedi I received. I have heard that the foot baths with jets are prone to spread bacteria, at this salon, they use plastic liners in the tub which are replaced after each pedi. Cleanliness seems to be a priority here, right down to the mandatory hand washing and sanitizer before the paraffin hand treatment is applied (which is included in a standard mani). Reasonable prices and great results, it’s my new go to mani pedi salon.
