Foot Locker

After my last disappointment I decide to try this place out.
Walked in and just saw a whole bunch of shoes. Couldn’t really tell which where for woman or men.
So I asked ‚” where are the woman shoes?“
Employee pointed to the right… Alrighty then I’ll find my own shoes …
Browsed the selection but then again there wasn’t much. (then it hit me, this mall has a woman footlocker). Maybe that’s why I couldn’t find what I was looking for.
So once again I walked out.

Walked through the store twice without any acknowledgement. I’d rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

I am NEVER shopping here in person ever again. My dad purchased the Curry One’s low top edition. They turned out to be to narrow so we had to return them in person at the store. We walked into the extremely bright store and were checking out the shoes. 20 minutes later someone finally asked if we need help. She asked what size my dad wore (15) and she took the shoe and we waited, and waited, and waited, and note we hadn’t even returned the shoes yet. She never came back, she forgot about us.
At this point we’re all frustrated, we waited in line way to long, but that’s ok. We wanted to just get out of there. So a hour later we finally got to the counter and (Vanessa) was a total *** **** I wish I could nicely use profanity but I can’t arrange myself to use it. She even had to ask someone how to return the shoes. She asked another girl. The other girl didn’t even know how to do it either! She even begged us to choose a show from the store! We said no, we just want the money back.
After asking another person, and toying with the computer she finally figured it out. During this process she even tried to socialize with us. This is after I wrote her name down. She complemented my grandmas long nails. my grandmas nails are 100% real and about 4 inches each. She went on about her nails trying to make us feel better and trying to pull us back in as customers and as friends. So we then decided to rebuy the shoes from footlocker online. They came very quick and are nice. Online is fine, never shop here in store. Even after our transactions online It won’t get two stars.
I’m serious when I say after this experience and others like this at the store in Antioch Foot Locker as a business won’t get my money.

no customer service at all we came in to buy some shoes one guy was busy with his friends second one was on the phone.

Fully staff but no one seems to what to help anybody out I ask for a size 13 the guy runs to the back and never returns the second guy is to busy talking to his boy and doesn’t even acknowledge me I waited 30 mins this place sucks.

Lots of staff, but they do not seem to have much inventory of shoes, many options, few sizes.
I like shopping for shoes, and do it often, I seem to always get help (when needed) while roaming around the shop.
