Dunkin’ Donuts

This is one of the very few Dunkin Donuts that actually fills my correctly. My orders are usually drinks only as I don’t like the frozen/​microwaved food. I don’t eat doughnuts/​pastry so I cannot comment on those products but I do occasionally order a bagel. I always have pleasant staff prepare my order.
If you go to a Dunkin Donuts and have a reasonable expectation for the type of service they offer, you probably will not be disappointed. Lots of part timers who have a low level of work ethic, no customer service skills, «work is an interruption to my social life» attitude and a «like whateva bro!» mantra is what you’ll usually experience and if you don’t expect much more, you’ll be happy.
There’s an astronomical turnover rate at Dunkin Donuts for a reason. «Managers», or those willing to trade that title to be worked to death have little more experience than the totally green employees they hire. They are not equipped with the experience to adequately «manage» a small group of employees and the strings are really pulled by the district managers.
So, don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed.

I’m a regular here I go everyday. And They seem to mess up my orders a lot. I usually just get a large iced French vanilla 5 and 5. And this morning I went through drive through. And I’ve never felt more disrespected as a customer in my life. The lady handed me a medium instead of a large, I told her it was a large on that and she made another one. Ok that’s that they fixed it but I also ordered an onion bagel toasted with plain. With she didn’t even ring me in for and didn’t hand to me. I also got hash browns with that which was a complete rip off because I got 4 of them in the bag. And during this time the lady gave me so much attitude it wasn’t even funny like she just wanted me to leave. Maybe if you got my fucking order right we wouldn’t have this problem then I got home, put my straw in the coffee. AND IT WAS REGULAR. How in the world can you fuck up my coffee twice give me the wrong amount of hash brown and forget my main course in one order like seriously so mad right now. If you pay 7+ dollars for all of that then you deserve to be respected as a customer and not rushed this was definetely the worst experience I’ve had so far but they mess up ALL THE TIME. And it’s not right at all. Get your shit together dunkins

Typical DD experience. Although I am troubled by rumors that the donuts come to the store frozen instead of fresh. But coffee is great as always.

Gross burnt coffee. Stale donuts. Microwaved food. Only positive is their hours of operation. Service is what you’d expect from a fast food chain. It’s quick except during the hours of 6−8am when folks are looking to go to work. Not a lot of parking.

I’ve been to this Dunkin’s a multitude of different times, so I guess you could say I’m pretty knowledgable on how they run this location.
They are very efficient, however; the cleanliness of the interior of the place isn’t up to par. The bathroom is a complete mess and there are dead/​live bugs that I’ve never seen before lining all across all of the window sills in the place.
Besides cleanliness (which can be improved), I have no complaints. The staff is usually laughing and the manager constantly hounds (in a positive manner) on them to perform their best for the good of the consumer.

This Dunkin Donuts location was great! As I was passing through Concord I decided to hit up the drive-​thru at this location, and have to say that I enjoyed my experience.
The staff was polite and professional, the coffee was perfectly made, and they were sure to get me in and out quickly. The only downside to this particular location is that the drive-​thru is constructed in a weird way and for that fact the traffic was a bit congested.
Besides that, it was a typical Dunkin’s with a nice staff and great coffee

Very poor service. People are rude and don’t even know how to make the simplest things like coffee or oat meal. if you’re in the area, DO NOT go here. Instead, go to Starbucks or something. Of course, I’m never coming back here.

Arguably, probably one of the best Dunkins in the greater Concord area. Not until I started drinking coffee, I never understood why my family would drive across town, or go out of their way to get Southend Dunks. And now I understand why; the service is fast and concise and the employees are always friendly.

Staff was very friendly and the coffee and donuts were very good.
