I have my Mom here, and this is the best Assisted Living Place in the East Bay Area. My mom is always clean, her room is clean, the staff are caring and considerate, and the receptionists are top notch. My Mom was celebrating her 65th wedding anniversary today, but she cant walk. The staff decorated a quaint little private dining room, set the table with flowers and a Happy Anniversary sign, silverware, dinnerware and a table cloth. It was magnificent for us as we had no way to get her out. We bought her favorite food and it was a memorable occasion. My mom also had outside Dr appointments, and we had no way to get her there. The Courtyards has a bus that will take your family member to and from appointments as well. The Living room is always bright, well lit, and there is always an activity of some kind in progress. The staff make sure the residents are taken down to the dining rooms for lunch, there is never someone left without help in the hallway. Everyone gets taken to eat, which is wonderful. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones. Questions and concerns are addressed imediatley and they do everything they can to insure your loved one is safe and happy. You must consider this place when faced with the decision on care for your loved one, I promise you wont regret it. Diane Boyle

This is not the place to put your loved ones! the caregiver’s are to busy and focused on each other conversations then doing there jobs. The elderly are basically there to fend for there self’s. STAYAWAYTHISPLACEISNOGOODFORLOVEDONES. BEAWARE!
