I have ordered many heavy products from Wayfair and I have always had products delivered to my door. This companies free shipping policy is to drop the furniture product off on the street. So unless you want to move furniture yourself either pay extra for white glove service or use someone else. You may want to reconsider Carolina Rusticas free shipping .I also had to wait much longer than usual for delivery.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! We ordered custom made chairs, and sent in our own fabric ($ 400 worth). Placed a very specific order specifying everything from nail heads, to nail head spacing per Carolina Rustica/​Bradington & Young directions. Of course, when the chairs came in, they were NOT made according to specs, so promptly sent them back. So far we have made NUMEROUS calls over 3 weeks to customer service trying to get the issues resolved (we have already paid in full for the chairs), and after repeated promises by Carolina Rustica personnel saying they would call us back, 3 weeks later not ONE call back, and we are out almost $ 3,000!!! Unable to reach anyone who has even the slightest clue about anything! Will NEVER use these people again! Buyer beware!

I purchased a vanity light. They notified me within minutes that they had to cancel the order as they were unable to fulfill the order. Then they did NOT refund my payment. I had to call them, argue with them, again and again (one time being placed on hold by ‘Shea’ for over 20 minutes!) with them yelling at me at some point that they would get to it. I only received a refund after initiating a PayPal DISPUTE!
Seriously NOT a reputable company.

I was so excited when I got the mail today to find that UPS had dropped off my order. I ordered over the phone with the Carolina Rustica staff. I was very impressed not only by the selection but also by the knowledge of the staff.
Even though my needs for this purchase were small I will be back soon to purchase more. I have my eye on some new living room and bedroom furniture and can’t wait to place my order. The shipping on my item was fast and arrived in perfect condition. Now if only I could get my husband to hang it as quickly! Thanks Carolina Rustica!

Never order from these people. I made the mistake of ordering a bed for $ 649.
I waited 2 weeks no response. I phoned to find out it would be 10 weeks!
in 8 weeks I called they said it would be several weeks more.
I went on the site to choose another bed. I realized my original bed was an eastern king I needed a cal king. My error. I tried to cancel the order and behold it had suddenly shipped!!!
Bottom line my credit was $ 256!!! They kept the rest for shipping fees and restocking!
Really … Never order from these people

I Ordered a custom couch and two chairs. The chairs were the wrong fabric and I have been trying to resolve this for 6 months. Carolina Rustica is completely unresponsive and don’t seem to care about this order!!! Probably won’t order from them ever again. The worst customer service by far!
