Advance Construction & Development

This year we remodeled our kitchen. We used Advanced Construction and I must say we were so impressed with Bill Eppinga and his two sons Ari and Derk. They were extremely organized, professional, showed up to the Job on time and cleaned up after themselves every night. Our calls to them were always returned. We needed to have plumbing and tile work done as well and Bill referred us to contractors that he had worked with for years. PRO Plumbing and Harrison Tile. Thanks Bill for sending us to those two company’s. Both did a wonderful job for us! Now I have the kitchen that I had always dreamed of.
If I could give Advanced Construction 10 stars I would!!!

I am a real asset manager who runs a multi-​million square feet of retail, residential, and industrial properties. I have literally used hundreds of different of contractors throughout the Western United States. I know a number of good contractors here in the Bay Area who do great work. Among the very best, and the ones I selected to remodel my kitchen was the team at Advanced Construction & Development. Bill Eppinga and his two sons are a pleasure to work with.
They are fast, thorough, fair, and genuine craftsmen. In addition, they are very customer service-​oriented. They helped guide us through the process and consistently over-​delivered their promises. One of the biggest gripes I have with some contractors is their inability to get to 100% done. Not Advanced Construction! They get the job completely done! Finally, they are nice people.
I definitely plan on using them again!
