I went to the Alpine location to have my tire pressure checked, it was extremely busy and I had to wait a little while but when someone showed up, Khiry was very pleasant and efficient. Nice young man.

Had a flat, due to tent stake stuck in the tire. Thought I was going to have to get a new tire (they had my exact model in stock, unlike most other local shops). In the end Codey told me about option to seal the puncture hole. Great idea! Saves me the tire, and get this– the repair was done free of charge. They didn’t make any money from me that day, but I at least owe them a good review. Will stop by again if I need new tires.

I had to go to this Discount Tire location when accidentally bumping a curb caused my tire to deflate slowly. At first, since I was a previous customer, they offered to repair my flat for free. This was much appreciated even though after diagnosis they found that the tire was not repairable. Once it was determined that I had to purchase a new tire, customer service remained fantastic with them guiding me through the process. And although they did not have matching tires in stock, they were able to point me to similar tires of another brand to give me a pricing choice and get me back on the road quickly.

I stopped in at Discount Tire on Alpine last week because my car was shaking badly at highway speeds. I parked my car and before I was even to the front door a sales rep approached me to see how he could help. I told him the issue I was having and he drove my car into a bay. Within minutes he showed me what the issue was and 30 minutes later I had four new tires on my car. Professional, fast, well priced, and courteous. I highly recommend this shop.
