last week, i tried to pick up an item I order from
. there was no body on the desk from
service so i requested to see an associate by pressing the screen as instructed. then I had waited more than half an hour. finally, i made a phone call to that store telling them I was at
service counter while i was at the store. so ironnic. horrible store experience.
