McDonald’s

Cleanish and quiet, but it’s 3pm.
Sadly, this location isn’t a $ 1 soda location, and I find I’m too cheap to drop $ 2 for a cup of fizzy water unless I’m sitting for an hour and getting my refill’s worth.

This McDonald’s is located just East of the I-​5 Freeway at Exit 128B Washington Blvd (toward Commerce) making it a very convenient pitstop for bathrooms, drinks, and food on a road trip.
Just keeping it real, I’m not a superfan of McDonald’s food offerings but I go Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs over their summer drink deals — $ 1 for any size soda or sweet tea. Compared to over $ 2 for a large soft drink at some of its competitors, this is a summer STEAL, not a summer DEAL.
The drive thru splits into two ordering stations to keep things moving at a speedy quick pace. Planning to head inside? The bathrooms had toilet paper spilling out of the stall trash cans onto the floor (who puts toilet paper into the can instead of the toilet?) but otherwise the restrooms were clean and well stocked. There are even XLERATOR hand dryers for your hygienic hand drying pleasure. For those unfamiliar with these babies, it propels air at your hands with such force that it makes the back of your hands look like an astronaut’s face experiencing g-​forces at launch time
This particular McDonald’s also includes a PlayPlace play structure for the little kids and free wi-​fi for the BIG kids.

Great McDonald’s. Walked in thinking it would be like every other experience, but was blown away by the customer service and detail to food! Ellein was our server and was great!

It would have been great if they have a better service.
All I can say is that this place is good but I wont get my hopes up when it comes to their service.

Best service ever!!! Prompt and attentive and readily responsive to our needs! My mom got the breakfast burrito combo which comes with two burritos and she shared one with me. I ordered the Chobani yogurt parfait and coffee. Perfect way to start a busy Saturday. The good Customer service just added an extra level of pleasantness to our day!

Irritated by the demands of fast food industry and their request of $ 15 an hour by the year 2020.
They’d rather sit back and waste 4 years then to get a degree within those 4 years. Just that alone proves to me that the brain cells aren’t there.
Just came from the drive through, and the woman told the manager how does she make hot chocolate, she never has in her life–
And yes it was apparent upon drinking it she was clearly telling the truth.
Thanks McDonalds for letting me down once again.

Terrible service I experienced the kid working the drive-​through Took a picture of my credit card and try to make fraudulent purchases on it it was the last place I used it… Never had no problems before so be careful people. I was wondering why it took so long for him to give me back my card…

It was… A McDonald’s. Typical experience.
This one had the air conditioning on 100 though and it was definitely only like 60 degrees outside. That was annoying.

Some of the friendliest staff I’ve dealt with, at any McDonald’s, were working today! Wish I had gotten the 2 young ladies’ names (one was the manager I think) that helped me.

Came here late since it advertises being open 24hr and they didn’t have ice cream left

Stopped by to get some food, I was at first a little mad because they had a sign that said their ice cream machine wasn’t working, but as soon as I walked in I had exquisite customer service and loved Anna who was the one who we have our order to. The store was also very clean and nice looking so I was overall quite happy. would come here again

This McDonald’s is conveniently located off the freeway but getting into the parking lot is a nightmare because it’s next to the Costco gas station. The quarter pounder was tasty but the fries weren’t that great. How do they screw up fries? The traffic at the intersection is always a nightmare. The restroom was clean but the toilet wouldn’t flush. Ugh!

Omg the most rude people work there at night if you don’t like what you do then find another job. Attitude and manager was there like whatever! If I could I would of slapped some sense into that girl. Asked for cup of water and she said she had to wait on it really come on now… Hate this McDonalds

Wow this place sucks the people that work on drive thru have such an attitude and they just ignore u most of the time

Review for drive thru at 7am on a Saturday morning. Top notch. Drive in, you get your food quick, and your out. They do have two drive thru lines, but merge into one when you pay and pickup your food.

First off we went through drive through and waited more than 10 mins to get to the last window -.- (we were the 2 cars away from the window). Right when we got to the window, she aggressively hands us our food. Not asking or waited a second to see if we needed anything. We said excuse me for over 2 mins hoping to get her attention. Yet she was the supervisor or manger and had a f**king attitude. She served us our large fries half full. We asked kindly to fill it and still have us attitude. She didn’t show respect or even care about anything or anyone. She needs to be fired

Sausage biscuit $ 1 sausage biscuit with egg total $ 3.48. Eggs are expensive!!!
I think I could get an 18 pk of eggs for the difference. Wow… I mean really
