Bought earbuds. One of the buds stopped working. Have not been able to get any person from any Ecko website or other source to even respond to me. I paid $ 50+ for these earbuds. You would think that you could at least get someone to respond. Jeez.

I heart ecko… no seriously… I heart ecko… I heart ecko so much im thinking about getting a tatto so i can get my life time discount… BUT…i expected more from the citadel outlet… i’m from seattle and it just look like the seattle (tulalip) store… I’m pretty sure Woodburn, Or is better… but i love ecko so i cant hate to much…

Whenever I’m in L.A., I make it a point to visit the Ecko Outlet. The store is located within the Citadel Outlet Mall. The store is well-​stocked with everything from the Ecko label. Jeans, cargo’s, shorts, t-​shirts, polo’s, and socks are just some of the main staples that this outlet carries. Prices are half-​off of regular prices that you might see at Macy’s or other retail stores. All their items range from S-​XXL and the largest waist size I saw was 42. The staff is friendly and the girls that work there are hot. They do have a small selection of woman’s items, but the store is more for men than anything else. Lastly, they have a small selection of Ecko watches, but the selection is very limited and prices are not reduced from what you might see at Macy’s. Overall, a great Ecko store with a wide selection and low prices.
